Subway

This subway store is very nice place to eat. From last few week i visit this location every day and get different type sandwich there all employees are very nice, friendly and cooperative specially Param because she is best worker who know how to make sub. Sandwiches were nicely made and packed properly nothing was dripping down. We can compare this location sub with American Sub because while eat the sub nothing was dripping out. Keep up the good work.this place has quality of food and hygiene place lastly I really love this restaurant.

Was served by Shazia worst customer service if I'm paying the full price for a sandwich I expect it be fresh and with my choice of veggies not just old looking veggies she doesn't know how to talk to customers very rude if I could give 0 stars I would. That women needs to learn how to talk to customers after all I'm giving them business they can at least be respectful

I was here on may 7 around 7-8pm and I had the worst customer service experience of my life. The subs were great. However, the one lady working lacked basic common decency. I dined in with my friend and the lady was mopping. I worked in customer service and normally when people are eating, you dont mop so close to the customers. I was sitting she swooshed the mop over my shoes while I was eating and then insincerely said "sorry" as if it wasn't her intention. Then she asks me and my friend to lift our feet so she can mop under us while we were trying to enjoy our food. My friend later got up to grab a refill, she stood so close to him waiting for him to finish so she could mop where he stepped. This is atrocious. I urge the manager/owner to even check the cameras to see what kind of behaviour this was. Either the owner continues to hire incompetent people, or the owner's management must be poor leading workers to behave in such a way. Do not recommend this location to anyone. Worst place ever.

Shazia Pam was very helpful with the service and I had a great experience. The sandwiches were very well made and delicious!

I liked the service and how they filled the vegetables in the sub. The staff was also very nice and the vegetables were also fresh.

My family of 3 went in to get a quick bite before an event at the CAA Centre. There was a line up of people and only one young lady working. I think she was doing fine but we quickly realized this was going to take much longer than we could wait. So we just left. Maybe time to hire some new people.

This subway is the Best! The bread and veggie toppings are always fresh. The two ladies that work there are awesome!

The little girls they got working here do a horrible job and don't take their job seriously. It's definitely a bad enough experience to come on here and leave a bad review.wouldn't suggest going here and would travel to another subway where the franchise owners take more care in who they hire and how they train them to act with customers.

The lady who serves in in morning shift is so annoying don't know how to deal with other human beings she is also employee and know what is the meaning of customer dealing

I’ve been coming here almost everyday for about a month. Avanika & the other woman who works with her, are always so delightful to deal with! The bread & veggies are always fresh & the dining room is clean! Such an enjoyable experience!:)

The server Avanika needs to get replaced because of her attitude.
Better need to learn customer service skills if she’s working in food industry.
She’s making worst subs and end up throwing it in garbage.
Great profit for the owner.

I attended school nearby and go to this subway on a regular basis. The two ladies who work there [Avanika and Shazia] have always been polite and recognize me when I come in.

The service here is amazing. I go here for lunch almost everyday and Shazia a worker is always ready to take my order and make me an amazing sandwich. I definitely recommend going here!

I usually get sub from this location i always had very gud experience this time i had even much better experience parminder was the girl working here its was 13th march near about 5: 20pm she made sooo awesome sandwiches well done keep it up and hope this service remains the same

I was there today and I loved the service, it was great all the worker's were treating customer's very nicely and not to mention the food was great. I loved the veggie sub, the cookies and the drinks were also amazing. I would highly recommend

I always go to this location for years. The 2 ladies that are always there during the day Avanika and Shazia have always been lovely to deal with, and always friendly. They always make my subs great. The owner there is also very friendly.
They do a great job especially since it can be crazy busy spot
