Garbage service. AVOID this location. Told the lady I wanted a TUNA SUB with all the VEGGIES on it that are provided. As I told her I want everything on it, I go to my car because my alarm was going off and has been giving me issues. I come back in and it’s made as I instructed ALL VEGGIES on it. Drive home 10 minutes to a VEGGIE SUB with no tuna after specifically asking for TUNA. Drive back another 10 minutes and tell her that she messed up and she did not want to accept the fact that she did and kept saying “I wanted all veggies”, yes I did on a TUNA sub. Lady argued with me saying she works one day a week and cannot remake a sub or even add tuna to it. Highly recommend never going here as the workers can’t take basic instructions nor own up to their own mistakes

I just visited this restaurant in hopes of buying three $30 gift cards. Subway also has a promotion stating when you buy a $30 gift card you get 6 cookies, ending December 31st with the last date to pick up the cookies being January 31st. The working today December 24th, when I went a bit before 10AM stated that the earliest date I can get the cookies would be after January 31st. The exact wording is “…. Through January 31st” and we explained to her what that meant, but she kept on saying that we are wrong and that the wording means that only after January 31st is when we can get the cookies. My mom and I was really looking forward to picking up these cookies for a great Christmas Eve snack (as well as getting the gift cards as we are big Subway fans) however because of this working on the morning of Christmas Eve we were turned away and was not able to get the gift cards and cookies. We left disappointed. And the Subway Artist just met that happened. Please make sure your team is aware of the current promotions as so others don’t leave disappointed when it’s the employees fault. Everyone please keep this in mind when visiting this restaurant, that it’s best not to indulge in any promotions here as the employees would be making up their own meanings and you won’t be able to enjoy such great cookies.

I would highly recommend the store owner to work on customer service. At the end of the day if the customers don’t get treated well they won’t prefer to come to your location even if its convenient. Worst customer service, ordered online and the order that we received was incorrect. Also, when we reached out for help we were asked to get same sandwich next day to get the replacement. I mean lol. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location

If i could rate 0 i would have given 0 they messed up order completely they interchanged bread that i asked also they did not grill and toaste sandwich which we asked for before while placing order on app
the girl who was at service was so rude and unhelpful that she didnt even answer any questions we had as customers we would never recomand this subway to anyone and hope actions are taken against this behaviour of “sandwich artist”
We usually order from subway throu other location and tried this one today its the worst experience by far

Price increased at this location by 25%. Canadian inflation 5% to 6%. Will be going to another subway restaurant.

Worst service. During this time of pandemic the restaurant was not even busy. But the person was in so much hurry plus adding so lil toppings. She literally added 4 onion in 6 inch sandwich when asked for more, got ignored and then ignored again for asking extra veggies thrice in one sandwich.maybe better of the another branch.

Very clean and well kept store. Only thing that I found annoying was that their fountain drink machine only had 4 flavors of pop, most Subway franchises offer so many pop options.

Lots of parking as it’s located inside a strip mall,
Ambience was great and service was quick.

Follows all and every protocol that subway has set up in place. Great service during pandemic! And great employee!
