I highly recommend this subway, I have been coming here for months now, and the experiences here are out of this world, clean, fresh food, and the customer service couldn't get any better, if you are with ritika you are in the best hands any subway could offer, I whole heartenly believe I will be coming here for years to come.

I had hoped for a quick, convenient, and satisfying meal at this location, but my experience was anything but that. Rude and inattentive staff, miserly portions, and lackluster food quality made this visit a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice and look for a Subway location that values its customers and takes pride in its service and products.

My recent visit to this location was nothing short of a nightmare, and I can't help but wonder how this place continues to operate. The customer service was shockingly dreadful; the staff's indifference made me feel like an unwelcome inconvenience. It was a complete disregard for basic courtesy.

The food quality was equally depressing. My sandwich appeared quickly thrown together with stale bread, bland ingredients, and a complete lack of care. But the ultimate disappointment was the portion size. Ordering a footlong sandwich resulted in a laughably small serving that left me hungrier than when I walked in. While I don't advocate for shutting down any business, I wholeheartedly advise anyone to steer clear of this Subway location unless you're in the mood for frustration and disappointment.

The best service I ever had at a Subway, anywhere. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable- especially as I am a vegetarian! Will definitely recommend.

There are plenty of Subway locations in Burlington. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE. As the only customer in the store, I couldn't believe what I discovered my order looked like when I got home. How hard can it be to construct something when you ask for it "as advertised" on their website? It was a one off that I even went in that location after an appointment close by. First & last visit. Lots of other eating establishments nearby.choose one of them instead.

I came to the store with my son the stuff is weary helpful and friendly the store is weary clean and neat are sandwiches prepared exactly how we want it thanks.

Been coming here for years, never had any problems. Always clean, and the staff is so friendly; the manager even remembered me after more than a year away!

This location is great, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely the best Subway on this side of town as far as customer experience is concerned. 5/5

This store is always so hot inside the store everyone in the store were complaining about, and for some strange reason they think it’s ok to leave the front door open so bugs or birds can get in there. (I took pics of door) No gloves when grabbing the toppings. Veggies and meats do not mix well with hot or bugs.

I come to this location quite often because I always have a great experience. The owners are very friendly and helpful and treat me like family. The store is always clean and the food items are always fresh. I live in a different part of town than this store but I come here because of the warm atmosphere, passing several other Subways on the way.
