I ordered chicken teriyaki sandwich, didn't even add chicken properly just half half scoop in full footlong, when i asked to add it properly she said extra 2 dollars per scoop, the one paying 14 $ to you atleast expect chicken to be added properly in it

We order 3 footlong sub and 6" sub. I told grilled and toasted at the starting of the order. Not sure they have heard or not but sub they didn't grill. At the end while leaving we notify them sub are not grilled can you please grill them. The girl working sukhpreet or don't remember the exact name replied us we are busy and cannot grill your sub and we already packed the order. This is not answer you should not give to customer. Whatever might be the reason or store is busy but customer should be serve as ask. Behind us there was 4 customer only and 3 girls working on line. If that is busy and they cannot serve as ask it's consider very inappropriate to visit there again.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered on the Mobile app, they left out half my order. Also found a hair in the sub. Do not go here!

Nice and delicious food. Ordered veggie sub around 1 in the morning for pick up. Staff was so friendly. Bread was so fresh and made the sub, the way i like. First time was not good experience but second try came out worthy.

Very bad service they have old vegetables I asked for fresh she just put it in same container all containers messed up mixed with other containers I try to explain them need to be clean she started arguing.breed also not fresh I just waisted my money and time

I just ordered the veggie delight it was all burnt and sauces are very less please if someone is not able to come. Make sure to make proper order night time if you are not able
To work don’t do that and item was also missing ridiculous service.

Saturday night two girls working over there.they both are doing amazing job and perfect customer service.i never ever see customer service from other staff of this store.thank you

I ordered a sandwich with nothing on it only lettuce turkey, but I found out they charged me two sandwiche and when I asked for a refund they said no because I “ate” the sandwich and the place was very dirty.

Check all the reviews they all give 1 star. Still no one cares and apologize. Ordered veggie subs. The tomatoes were old and stale. Taste so bad. Lettuce was old dark and bitter. Taste so bad. When called the store she was so rude and wasn't ready to listen keeps on arguing.
Veggie people are only eating veggies. Sub tasted more like bread they hardly put any stuff in.

Waste of money.

My friend ordered the food. It was all burnt and ridiculous taste. Please make sure to make proper food specially when its delivery and the item was also missing.

Ordered from their app and the delivery never came. I called the store for help and they told me I had to contact door dash myself without giving me any information to do so and the app tells me to contact the store. They passed the phone around to three people all of which basically told me to deal with it myself.

Sub was fine.
Place was packed busy, had enough staff.
Focus was more on the Uber and skip orders instead of the customers in line.
The issue that I have is when they have the chicken and tuna crumbles all falling on the cheese. Didn’t care even after asking them to use the cheese from the bottom instead of the ones with the crumbs. My wife is vegetarian and I’m sure there’s some mixing of veg and non veg here and there but when it’s infront of you and you say something still not much was done about it is annoying.
