Yesterday, I went to this subway at 9: 30 am. I ordered a breakfast. The female employee served me very well. I liked the sandwich a lot. The food was very nice. I recommend that everyone should go there

They don't pay attention to your order at all. Requested grilled and toasted sub but received raw bread.

Veggie were cold not toasted and felt raw while eating. Apart from that liked the place and hygiene

I went at 8.45 and they said we will not make your sub.i said i will review.the lady said I don't care.you can do anything.is this the way to treat customers?

I really want to talk to a person about this. Hopefully franchise owner will see this.
I am disgusted by the service of your male staff member who wouldn’t give me his name when I said I had to complain after his poor hygiene. He didn’t wash hands before starting to make a sub after touching cash register, and refused to and only changed gloves reluctantly. Then he went ahead and touched all sorts of surfaces again in the back area (check your cameras) before coming back out and trying to touch the food.)
Until I told him I could tell subway the time and place and they’d work out who he was. … then he gave me his name as NIL.
I have been going here for years with my wife and family and friends but I will never go back again and I will tell everyone I know how awful this guy was. He laughed and said I have allergies and not to come to store again.
I said it’s not allergies I’m worried about but It’s germs since it’s Covid times During 2022.
He told me to never come back and didn’t even realize he was doing anything wrong. Absolutely awful survive. I threw the sub away after paying for it because I didn’t trust him.
Please do something about this as you have a great company but this one person is ruining it. 0/10

Worst service and get the least amount of vegetables possible even if you ask for extra. Never coming back.

Unreal! I am so saddened someone can run a business this way. After questioning whether to add a review I then began to read the others. Clearly there is a pattern here at this location. Will never be going back. I barely got anything on my sub, my partner had to keep asking them to continually add more toppings as there were maybe 4 pickles and 5 olives on a FOOTLONG SUB! Absolutely rediculous. Not to mention they are not the friendliest either. Do not recommend and will never go back here. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!

Actually the worst subway in Kitchener. Doesn’t like giving any toppings or sauces at all. Asked for pickles and got 3 on a foot long sub. I asked for more sauce at least 4 times. The older Indian man is very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Just go to a different subway or mr sub.

They took away the 3 foot longs after 4pm for $24 special.
I called 4 other subways in the area and they all offer the special!
Won’t be going back there, not to mention they barely put any vegetables compared to other subways for the regular price of $35 with tax (instead of the $24+ tax special everywhere else)

Went in to order 4 items, 3 sandwiches and a wrap.
After the staff member Jyoti, put exactly three pieces of spinach, I kindly asked for more, to which I was told too many vegetables will make my sandwich hard to eat. After this initial interaction, Jyoti and the second staff member Raman, thought it was appropriate to talk about me under their breath to one another, and even to the point of speaking closely to one another in their ears.
The wrap was a large turkey, bacon and guacamole. I asked for one line of sriracha and got three, I asked for one line of ranch and got chipotle instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the response from Jyoti was ‘oh’
At the time of payment, I noticed the size of the wrap wasn’t large, but small. I tried to correct Jyoti that she was under charging me, to which she snapped back at me saying the extra charge was for extra bacon. The two employees were so completely rude to me, as I was attempting to fix their mistake.
The wrap was so spicy due to Jyoti’s error. It was suppose to have guacamole, which they forgot, probably due to all the whispering they were doing while making my order.

They don’t like to give anything in the sub. It’s just a bread sprinkled with stuffing. Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had.

Terrible! Meats were still frozen and hard to chew. Refused refund and had to stay a while to get refund after yelling each other!

Skimpy is an understatement. My hubby even asked them to throw on toppings we don't like in an attempt to beef up the sub. Very disappointing. Never going to this location again!
