Subway

Terrible customer service! I placed an order through Uber Eats and once I placed it i realized that I did not select not toasted so I called them immediately. Not even a minute after placing the order. When she answered the phone I wasn’t even sure if I was calling the right number because she just goes “Hello” in blunt tone. I told them that I had made a mistake and that I did not want my sub to be toasted and she speaks to her co worker in their language and goes we already toasted it. I asked if they could please make it again and she said no it’s only lightly toasted. I said okay but I do not want the cheese to be melted and she said no it’s not melted we put extra cheese.so i said okay that’s fine then and we hung up. Now looking at my sub there is clearly no cheese on it at all. Just the worst customer service!

Cheapest store ever visited…very low quantity of food… please avoid going if you are in the area

Two employees tonight had no clue what they were doing and couldn’t make a sub for the life of them, I highly do not recommend this subway.

Their hours say there open 24hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I was their today (Friday and yesterday after 6am and they were closed and this isn't the first time. They make up their own schedule

It was slow and they were also out of quite a few items. My daugthers bread was stale and given it was the last one she insisted on warming it up. Lettuce and all. It was gross.

There are a few subways around my area, and we generally choose to go to this one. The ladies are always kind and accomodating and food has been consistently fresh and good. Store is clean and nice.

Brutal hours on door and online are totally wrong. Its like they are open when they feel like. Could also work on food quality

They need more people working here. I was in line for 20 minutes waiting because there’s only one worker.

The store was closed time I got there. It was already after their closing hour. I didn't realize the time.
