Subway

Rude staff. Went to go get a sub today and the bread looked dry and old. The tuna was almost finished and the girl working was literally scraping the dry tuna on the metal container and putting it on the sub. I asked her for better tuna and she gave me a rude remark so I left and drove 5 minutes to another location.

I don’t normally write reviews for “fast food “ places. But this place has quite a few negative reviews. So maybe a good one will even things out! Firstly, this subway is located across a high school. A high school with no cafeteria, so don’t come during lunch time. Just don’t. The lines will be long and workers will be salty. You’d be salty too if you had to serve 300 teenagers! So I normally visit here during dinner hours. The staff is always friendly, always make sure that I’m never waiting. The ingredients are always fresh, never stale bread. It’s a good subway! Just avoid 11-2!

Worst subway artist till date, they should be trained well considering I am the only customer and she made it as if others are waiting. Subway should not issue coupons if the employees don’t know how to handle them. Looks like the franchise owner or even subway doesn’t care about customer service…!

Date of visit: April 8,2023. Time: 9: 02pm.

It was REALLY busy at this time. About 7 to 9 high school students were dining inside, with 4 people ahead of me and 1 worker at the counter. The worker was a Punjabi man, probably working alone. No one was there to help him. Four high school students were in a single washroom and this worker had to juggle everything that was going on.

The worker was fast, efficient, and friendly, considering that he was alone and so busy. I did my mobile order and had to wait because it was busy. But this worker handled all of the chaos well. He should be recognized for his service. And if it's usually busy at this time on Saturdays, maybe put two workers working that day. It's not worth minimum wage to deal with all the chaos.

I will be coming back here to buy again and again! Thanks!

Very rode and unprofessional workers, I had a medical condition where I needed to use the washroom, the location had two washrooms, I was in line to order something, I politely asked the servers to let me in. They paused and rejected me in a very rode way saying the washroom and not working (how likely both are not working huh!). I didn’t want to order anymore I left and I will never come back again.

The quality of sandwich is horrible at this place. They keep stale breads and stale vegetables.

The ladies working there are such terrible employees. They don’t even do their job properly and give you looks for no reason. I was very calmly but loudly telling her my order, and she still acted annoyed. They treat the students who come there very badly and are very rude to them all as well. This is my first time experiencing this and it was so unpleasant. I hope they can face consequences for their actions.

Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself 2 times every time I asked for something as the employees were too busy talking to each other. I requested extra sauce and the sass that came across while the employee pretended to add extra sauce was unreal.

Today i visited this store the food is very good and staff is also very friendly to all customers and a lady name muskan is very talented and experienced employee
