Don’t bother pre ordering here. 3 times now i’ve ordered half an hour or more ahead only to get there and have them just be starting my sub.

TERRIBLE.save your money and don't go. They're so rude.you ask for extra and they give ONE extra pickle for example. Then I asked for sauce on the side, in a little cup (like I have my entire life from every other subway around) and they rudely told me they don't do that there.veggies are also not fresh. Not sure if it was the owner who works behind the counter, but they need a new one if that's the case. TERRIBLE customer service.awful from start to finish.

This used to be a great location, not sure if there is new ownership. Extremely stingy with toppings, staff is rude and quality is terrible.

Went into subway with a friend of mine. We both had coupons. I got a rice bowl because I wanted to try it.
Portions were very small, chicken was dry and rice was not fully cooked. I did not want lettuce or onions in my bowl but I did want olives. Was informed I could only choose from a specific selection of vegetables. The only exception I could make was to add guac, which I would have to pay extra for.
My friend ordered his sub which was still being made while I went to pay for mine. I waited for him and when he tried to use his coupon, even though we were paying separately from different bank account he was told he couldn’t because he knows me.
Now I understand that you can’t use two coupons on the same transaction but I have never in my life heard of not being able to use a coupon because you know the person ahead of you in line.
The only reason we even went was because we both had coupons but I will definitely not be going back. Used to love subway, especially that location but both the location and the company itself have gone seriously downhill. Don’t send out coupons in the mail if you are not even going to honour them!

Drove all the way here to find out they closed early. Don’t count in this place to be open their advertised hours

Every time i go there.i have a reward card and the girl does not know how to do it.so they wont see me again

Went there to have my lunch and they never disappoint. It was a big line up there but still the girls working there were so good at their service and handling the customers very well.
