Subway

Average subway at first. Subs can be ok eats. But as I was in line a while back. A customer handed another customer in line a coupon that they had in a flyer they got in the mail so they to could save a dollar or so on the sub. The person was just being nice to a stranger. The worker then began to get mad about that. And was giving the customers a hard time about doing so. This went on for 7 mins. So it took more time to get my food. Once they left he tried to get me on side. I ordered my food as I was picking up an order for a friend. So I had to order, otherwise I would not have ordered. Before I walked out the door I told them I will never come here again. And I never have or will. Don't treat your customers like that over small amount. I have told many people this story and you have lost much more than the dollar by being rude. Pick up you socks.

A while back I reached out to the owner to tell them about a terrible sandwich experience I had that I couldn't eat it was so poor. The response I got implied that I was perchance lieing and than said " are employees are trained.blah blah blah.so basically didn't happen" I haven't been back since and obviously leaving this reveiw still think about this from time to time. May contact corporate because the line of messaging from the owner still sits with me and I can't shake it.

Very bad service store owner not behaved good he is very rude. Please prefer to go other subway instead of this.

Service was so rude that we started believing that they were doing charity to us. No proper reply and no greetings at all
I have been to so many subways and they were never ask for extra charge for the refills but this subway they stopped us while refilling it and said no to us and in a reply they told that their owner made a rule for it. Moreover in a food they give very little sauce in a sub. It was pathetic place to eat sub. A Big BIG BIG NOOOOOO!

If owner is reading this than I was there at 17th june, 2023 around 3.30!

The owner or whomever he is, needs to listen to the customer, l will tell him what l want on my subs, not him telling me what he's putting on them!

The service is terrible. The guy who is making sub are belligerent. I've never had a sub like this. Additionally, the quantity of vegetables and sauces is appalling.

Scummy place. Wanted to talk us out of our choices: “that bread is not good”. He also just tipped himself on the machine. Didnt let my grandma choose for herself. Very scummy, dont support this location. When we confronted him, he began lying and saying that we pressed the tip. He wouldnt stop lying. Disgusting location

Older gentlemen employee (likely the owner) is very nice, and makes sandwiches very well.all ingredients are fresh and the store is kept very clean and organized

Not crowded place.
Staff is very friendly and one of the best subways i have ever visited.

Horrible service.tried to talk us out of a bunch of our options. "this sauce isn't that good take this more expensive one. " tipped themselves without permissions

The worst experience I have ever had at a subway. I got a steak and cheese and it tasted ok on the way down but I violently threw it up the next day. I used to be a manager at a subway so I know first hand that the cause of this is incompetence. The beef subway uses is pre cooked but must always be cooked again as a policy. The only way this could have happened is the workers not checking the expiry dates for an EXTENSIVE period of time, at least a week past expiry. I will absolutely be contacting corporate and the Heath unit and I recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from this location.

Edit: upon reading the reviews I am not the first person to have this happen. When I was filing my complaint with Waterloo region food safety they display the number of previous infractions. This subway had two previous infractions and that's JUST what was reported. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Very delicious subs the best I order Italian herb and cheese sandwich with bacon and every vegetable and sauce the best thing you could ever eat I love this subways bacon! Keep up the good customer service

Worst service ever. She skimped out on toppings & had no idea how to give me rewards on my subway card. She said go online to check my rewards? I wanted to get rewards not check them? Clearly she did not have a clew! How did she even get the job?

That new Crispy Chicken Sandwich Sub is soo soo Good & you can dress it up to your fixings!
