Yesterday, I ordered a sub for takeout with crispy onion as one of the toppings for $1.70 extra. I went to order the same thing today, he refused to add it even for extra. He said, “Its only for recommended subs”. When I insisted he said, “I don’t add this topping”. His name-tag said Parth iirc

The lady who took our order, was very rude. As I was telling her my order, she seemed to rush me. As I was deciding toppings for my sub, she rolled her eyes and sigh 2 or 3 times really loudly. She was really impatient.

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service from the “MANAGER” Parth. He gave me the wrong order and refused a refund. He told me I had to come back into the restaurant and when I explained to him I couldn’t he tried *literally* gaslighting me into saying it was my fault because I would not come in. There’s another subway 1km from here do yourself a favour and go there instead. He gave me the wrong order and said I took the wrong order when he literally gave it to me by hand. Best believe I am contacting customer support because I want my money back!

It was a pick time and only one person working with 5 people waiting in line. So it’s taking 10-15 min to get 1 sub. I think they need to really need to work on staffing at rush time as 1 person is not enough at 6 o’clock. 2 customer left from door only by seeing long waiting. Guy working was very calm and helping nicely. 4 star for that guy’s calmness and patience aa he made sub really nice after waiting. Plz work on the staffing as it’s u loosing the business by saving few hours on pick time.

It's been going downhill for a long time. Lettuce n veggies etc. Are normally wilted as they do not discard the old ones when expired or look bad.

Extremely distasteful I couldn’t even finish ordering my meal. First of all they pinch the ingredients and put them on the sand which then when I ask for extra toppings he tells me that he can’t close the sandwich. It was extremely disrespectful and I’m disappointed and upset. Should you make me feel bad for asking for the toppings I’m paying for?

One of the best subs! Totally recommend for sub lovers. Amazing customer service even during busy hours! This location is a must visit.

Terrible customer service. Server, sherry. I entered the restaurant and customer service guy told me to wait for 10 minutes and he keeps on doing his work, I waited for 15 minutes with no customer in the store and he keeps on doing his stuff without caring about the customer standing for a takeout order. As far as I know, subway doesn't operate like that. NEVER go there if you value your time.

Terrible service and ALWAYS OUT OF BREAD. How does a sub shop have no bread and still remain open? Avoid at all costs unless you are willing to BYOB (bring your own bread)
