During my first visit, Sachin and his team's extensive knowledge of flavors was evident as he guided me according to my preferences. The excellent customer service added to the overall positive experience. Keep it up

We love going to the Sioux Lookout Subway! We go there for dinner almost every Tuesday evening after CanSkate. The staff are incredible and are always so friendly and happy and treat us like family. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like this in our small town. We highly recommend this restaurant! You won’t be disappointed!

This is hands down the best subway in Canada. I've never been to a subway that has treated me this good, the staff is exceptional at making sure I have everything I need aswell as putting a smile on my face before I leave. The atmosphere feels closer to a family restaurant rather than a chain restaurant. 10/10

Everytime I go to this Subway location, I'm greeted by lovely employees who are dedicated to their job. They give top quality customer service with large smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work guys!

I went there today and asked for a specific rice bowl instead I was asked what I wanted and it was all thrown in, it didn’t look nothing like Kenora or Dryden’s.
The cucumbers in this store were not fresh but slimy, also customer service was a little rude not ONLY not to me but to the person next to me! And the many others, you almost agree to what they want on it because it’s difficult to communicate and they lack customer service and are aggressive
Things were thrown in my bag, and it was rushed. I was ignored on what I wanted and preferred also, would not reccomend.

There is just one Subway shop at Sioux which is good. The staff were nice and the shop was clean.

Staff here bring friendliness and customer service to a new level. Always greeted with a smile. Always made exactly how I want (I’m very particular). They’re just outgoing and wonderful. Keep it up! It’s a small town. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Give your staff a raise. They deserve it!

Ordered takeout southwest steak bowl and they forgot 3 items and added pickles for some reason. We’re 20mins away so I’m stuck eating it.

Very dishonest employees. I forgot my wallet in the bathroom. A staff member admitted to going into the bathroom after I left and found my wallet with my grocery money gone. People have told me that the staff probably split the money and openly lied to me. This happened on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023. Between the hours of 3-4 pm. Returned later around 6pm, when the staff openly admitted going thru my wallet and telling me straight out I had no money. He seemed to think it was funny. Nice to know the Boss of this place condones stealing from the customers

Excellent tasting! The sandwich artists were swift and accommodating with a tricky online order, and even re-opened a finished sub to add ingredients which were not possible to add online. Thanks so much! I must also say that the sandwich artists seemed a little stressed and could maybe use some encouragement or increased pay, or something to increase their happiness. Thanks again!
