Great place lots of selection and awesome subs l had not been to the edlgley location for over 3 years great place will be returning

Service was really bad. The old person was not welcoming and rude without any reason. Would like to give zero stars if possible. These kinds of people are not suitable for this industry

Bread was not Fresh, I asked for toast it became like a rock in 5 minutes, and I asked that Persian guy for salt and pepper he put extra salty. Terrible experience ever.

They dont even change gloves and make subs with same gloves for everyone. I dont eat meat i told them but still wont change the gloves

This location never has the latest offerings. Try it for yourself. They never had the Tex Mex bread even though all Subways did. Now they don’t have the Everything bread. They have the sticker to show head office they carry it but they actually don’t. Subway then wonders why sales are down at their stores. I can tell you why… your franchisees don’t follow the program.

The guy at counter is very rude. That person was speaking so loudly. Trying to drive us away.

There is only one worker who doesn't change his gloves when preparing food after touching the register and money. He leans over onto the food counter and his clothes make contact with the food counter. Absolutely disgusting! To make matters worse, he has an attitude.

I don’t know the name of that old guy but he was so rude, he don’t know how to treat customer, he was yelling at me.

My server was kind and patient. There was a bit of a wait to cash out, but I got in and out within a decent amount of time so it's okay. I always love a good sub from Subway.

I've been here three times and each time the service staff has been extremely poor, the old man yelling like he was trying to drive the customer away, no patience. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come.

The owners very nice and puts a fair amount of ingredients, however the last time I ordered a crispy chicken through the app I was very disappointed with what I got. When I got there my order wasn’t ready and so I asked if I could change it into a steak sub instead of crispy chicken. There was an old man (not sure about his name) that said there’s no way I can change my order even though he hadn’t made the sandwich. The crispy chicken in my sandwich was literally RAW and he barely put any sauce or ingredients. Highly dissatisfied. Probably won’t be back to this location.

This is the best Subway restaurant I’ve ever dealt with! I made a bulk order for a business lunch and Ali went out of his way to facilitate the order. In the end, the meeting was cancelled and so was the order, but Ali was so understanding and professional. Top notch customer service.

Never had issues with the owner, he’s fast and puts a healthy dose of all ingredients which can’t be said for the weston steeles location.this is the best location in the area in my opinion.

Tried the Tuna sandwich and it was pretty good. Zara took care of my order and she was super friendly, overall had a fantastic experience!

Im not sure about his name but one of the old men behave very rude when I go to pick up my sub. He talk too loud he does not have sense that how to treat with customer.

The guy working there has attitude issues, he always wants to rush customers off and doesn’t wait for any customer to decide on their order. This is my second time visiting and I regret it. Subway head office needs to train him on how to be patient & customer service.
