Compared with other subway, sandwich is not loaded, I think they are purposely putting less quantity, not providing paper bag to carry sandwiches.
For Veggie delite foot long they charged me $ 11.35 whereas other locations charge $9.37. They steal my $2 for what I don’t know.
Franchiser should audit because they are denting name and reputation of Subway. Profitability increases by services & more customers not by cutting down Qty & downgrade of services.

Daxa，is the rudest lady I have ever met. What a shame that this store still hires her as there are so many reviews about Daxa

Daxa or Daya is about the rudest Subway employee I ever met. She started yelling at me and would not honor a subway coupon I had so I walked out and went to another Subway who did honour it. The employee at the other Subway was not rude, he was courteous and respectful. Stay away from 2180 Steeles Ave. West Subway!

Got the little Italy sub which was good however the staff there is unfriendly, she refuses to customize the sub which is unprecedented for subway. Furthermore I asked for some water in a cup on the side which she refused to provide. The staff there doesn’t understand the concept of customer service.

They don't know how to deal with their customers they don't want to put more stuff if you ask. I suggest everyone don't go there because they'r serving bad quality food

Slow service. The bread and cookies I ordered were not available which was not updated on their app.

I came to have breakfast. The bread taste like plastic bc it was for the day before. They had fresh bread on the oven but its refused to offer. Tge taste of coffee was awful! Smells so bad inside!

Just go to Mr. Sub or our location that’s less cheap. Why would you charge for paper bags? Plastic bags are being charged for to reduce the amount of single use plastic used on earth. Paper bags should be factored into the cost of the Sandwiches. They were before and now they increase the prices but not the quality and want you to pay for pap bag. It’s an interest way to do business and fast way to loose customers knows they have so many options.

I ordered my veggie sandwich employee named Daxa was soo rude.
I wanted more cucumbers on my sandwich she started arguing on that. I wanted to customise my sandwich she didn’t allowed me to and on that she started saying me i will cancel your order want it or take it. Is this how subway treats to the customers? And where is the policy written that we can’t customise our sandwich? Hell not recommending this location at all. This is what she serves me after paying.
