Terrible service. Asked for an extra cup so my kids could split their Gatorade. Was told flat-out “no”.

For the love of God unlock both doors at the front.
Edit: Saw someone smash their face in on the door. 1 star now.

The workers really needs to pay attention to the front more often especially during off peak hours… I walk in at 7 am & sometimes around 2 am and never a single employee in sight. They never bother to check the front once in a while, multiple times I had to wait OVER 10 minutes to get serviced when I can hear them in the back doing things. I recently even yelled “hello? ” to try to get their attention but nothing. It’s just ridiculous & frustrating…

Worst customer service i ever saw in the subway. Especially the way they making sub is horrible.
I don't recommend this place at all.

Watch what you are given, this location has got to be the worst. They give you half the meat you’re supposed to get and they hope you don’t notice. When you ask for
items on you sub they put the bare minimum and get annoyed that you ask for more. Also, when you order online, you get even less. You do not get what you pay for at this location. You’ve been warned!

This place really does have horrible customer service. Surprised corp allows it given all the reviews. Subway isn't what it used to be back in the day

Violent food poisoning within 30 min of eating here. Do not stray from a toilet if you are going to risk poisoning. Second subway in Barrhaven that needs food storage help. Avoid or risk violent illness!

We go often to this location even though it is out of our way, and the reason is Arsh! He is an amazing sandwich artist and knows how to make a good sandwich and he kind demeanour is also something we enjoy) he is definitely an asset to the restaurant and always makes our visits a pleasure) thank you Arsh! You are appreciated)

Atleast the washroom is open late night otherwise EXTREMELY slow late night service, its been 20 minutes and im still waiting on my uber eats order.

They always find some excuse to not use coupons. I showed the coupon I have and asked the guy before ordering my sandwich that if coupon will work for my order or not. He said yes. When I was at counter to pay for my order the girl said that they can’t use the coupon for my sandwiches. It was not the first time this happened. Every time I want to try discount coupon at this location they have something to say and I end up paying full price even I always inquire about the coupon before placing order. I tried the same coupon at airport location yesterday for same sandwich. They have same excuse all time, that the person is new that’s why he/she doesn’t have knowledge about discount coupons. I came back after long time to this location but I will not come back again.

Food is elite here. The night workers are so friendly and kind. Best subway in Ottawa for sure!

The night worker is disrespectful and dirty. And he puts his hand in his nostrils while I eat. And he was in a hair with food and I told him and he didn't care
