The best store I have visited based on cleanliness and infrastructure. I got good customer service from the owner. Good efforts at this age by Mr. Vishnu patel. Made a perfect and clean sandwich.

It was so bad out there I told the girl what to do couple of times but still she made me wrong sandwich. Well someone need to flip the burgers alright from now onwards.

I visited Subway early this morning and was disappointed with the service provided by a skinny girl working there. She was rude and seemed unfamiliar with the Subway products. It was evident from my experience and several other reviews that her behavior needs improvement. I hope the owner takes notice of these concerns on reviews.

Very bad service first you have to wait for long time in line no body took my order even it was not busy and then the crew (thin girl) was very rude and giving bad face expressions. She don’t know how to deal with customers. Very disappointed service!

Worse customer experience of my life. It was relatively busy and I had started to order my sandwich and she leaves to make coffees for a couple that had just walked in leaving a large line of people. Her coworker helps make my sandwiches but she comes back to finishes it and would give little to none of the ingredients I asked for and would get mad if you asked for more and when She had 0 manners and was completely oblivious to how horrible she was treating her customers.

A thin girl working there in afternoon shift do not have any sense that how to speak with costumers.i was only costumer in shop, she was in hurry to finish the sub quickly, didn’t ask for cheese what i was wanting. This was the tasteless sub in cad and us.the worste experience.

They charge double for everything…nd dont put enough stuff in rap even after more money charge

Went in to get a 6-in sandwich and had to wait for the staff behind the counter to stop socializing with the other person hidden behind the wall in the back. Once I ordered my sandwich they immediately started putting the cheapest cheese on immediately instead of asking me what I wanted. They didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted so I had to ask to have my sandwich toasted. I have never seen the small amount of vegetables put on a sub in my life. Literally two cucumbers, two tomatoes, two small pieces of spinach. It seems like this place is trying to cut cost in all of the wrong ways. Came off as extremely cheap and a waste of money I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This absolutely pathetic excuse for a sandwich cost 9 dollars. I can't adequately express how ripped off I feel from this purchase. 2 slices of cheese, pesto and veggies. Subway is no longer an option anymore.

Stopped for lunch last night, they had no buns only Flatbread. What subway doesn't have subway buns.

Went to the Subway in Hearst this morning at 9: 00am… Upon arrival the woman working the counter, did not acknowledge us, nor stopping what she was doing to greet us or say hello… When after 5 minutes, she then asked what we would like. I proceed to order my footlong chicken rancher sandwich.asked if I wanted it toasted, I said I did not…She then again asked if I would like it toasted after saying I did not… She then rolled her eyes at me and said well what would you like me to do with the chicken then? I’m sorry I am a very patient person when it comes to take out and ordering from a fast paced environment… But the eye roll and pure unprofessionalism is where I draw the line…I will not be returning to this establishment due to the poor poor customer service.
