It’s really great food. Girls are really nice. I appreciate them for their hard work. They work so hard And still smiles for every customers. It’s not an easy thing. They recommend me veggie patty and it’s really tasty. Must try guys.

I ordered delivery from this store, they served me COLD CHICKEN inside my sub. The chicken appeared to be straight out of refrigerator. And there was barely any sauce. Don't waste your money on this subway outlet.

Staff is so rude. I said I want a veg wrap but soon I realized and requested her that I wanted a bread one. It was when she was starting to prepare. But they replied in a very rude tone that they can’t change it. At end I had to garbage it because I didn’t wanted it! Spoiled whole mood.

Seriously management should train staff on customer service. Will never visit this location. Not recommended at all. I was wondering and I believe their bad rating might be because of their staff.

Plz don’t go to bramlea city centre subway. There is a girl working on front cash counter she is very illiterate mannerless. She don’t know how to talk with customers. Today i went there i order veg pattie sub after preparing bread she says which vegetable u want i told her again i need veg pattie sub then she says you didnot mention it before then i told her again at the very first i told you i need veg pattie then very rudely shouting go from here we don’t have veg pattie nd started abusing words nd went inside. I request to the management team to take care about this. This type of behaviour is not acceptable. Nd also check there are many more complaints about her in your reviews

Zero customer service skill for the girl served food.she don’t know how to talk with the customer.she messed up the whole order as she was not listening my order and it looks like she don’t wanna work there.

Worst experience with this subway. I ordered veggie sandwich they don’t have the veggie patty and they don’t even have all the sauces. They should learn how to communicate with with consumers.

They don’t know how to make sandwiches. They made whole mess while preparing it. I requested them to change the paper there was a girl she literally misbehaved and she is like when you put more veggies it comes out. I know but its not that many veggies and you can still change the paper atleast. Very rude! And 0 for customer service. If you are not well stay at home dont put your irritation and anger on customers.
Also subway here should really change staff when I look at previous complaints its all the same. Extremely rude behaviour by staff…

The staff is too rude … firstly they don’t hear you and then when you correct them they start behaving rude to you

If I was able to give zero star I really would, the girls that was work Thursday, July 13,2023 around 6: 30 were extremely rude
They don’t have any idea what good customer service is. And on top of that they wanted to charge me a $1.00 for a straw which is very insulting and disrespectful because straws are free everywhere you go. People like that shouldn’t be dealing with customers, Do better subway.

Today, I ordered subway to Punjabi girl. She was very rude. She didn't know how to deal with customers. Although, we are tired at work it doesn't mean that we spoil other person's mood. I recommend every single person do not eat subway at this location because of only staff 's bad behavior.

Worst experience in Subway, the Indian GIRL was so rude & she don't have Sense to talk with customers. I just asked her to chop tomatoes & she refused in very disrespectful manner. I request to owner or manager please change the staff or tell her to behave properly.

The staff working in this subway at bramlea city centre are so much rude & have so much attitude problem, no respect for customers at all, I would never reccomend this place, worst place to eat & if customers ask for something they would give excuses & try to avoid you.
