Subway

We used to come here a lot, now everytime we go in we are a little more disappointed. The sandwiches are made messy and even without extras, are folded like a taco. Half of the contents spill out when we open the wrapping. Also, if a sandwich isn't toasted our meat goes on last? Even after sauces and salt and pepper? We've even had multiple instances where the sandwich artist didn't understand us and what we wanted leading to very disappointing sandwiches. My husband and I used to work at subway in our youth and we keep saying if they made them how we were taught there probably wouldn't be an issue with losing half the filling and messy eating. We come less and less and will more than likely stop coming to this subway unless we see one girl in particular that makes our sandwiches and they close nicely.

Had one of the rice bowls and was very tasty. Plan to order again. There was only one staff working the front dealing with many customers. She did well but i thought that maybe the person making all the noises in the back could of come and helped out

Please train your staff to wash their hands before putting on gloves. For all I know they could be scrubbing the toilets before I walked in. I came in today but walked out immediately. Look at your CCTV so you know I'm not a liar.

Was in a hurry, got quick service, made well, even tried a rice bowl for the first time, which was amazing! Friendly staff, was very clean!

Worst customer service. The guy named Ravi was very rude and has no sense of talking to the customers.

The meatball sub was consistent in quality with the stores that we've visited across Canada. I take comfort in knowing that the same food prep formula is used throughout the chain. For some reason, getting there took forever! Traffic was really bad. By the time we finished lunch it had cleared! Go figure.

This place is awful now. Sub prices have increased ridiculously. Not to mention they took away all the subs and sauces people called home for last 50 years. (Mayo, buffalo hot sauce, caeser) I mean what kind of sandwich store doesn't have regular mayo or Caesar dressing, offer up salads? This place is awful since the new ownership. Prices increased and flavors getting are awful. Hence pepper mayo and Sriracha sauce and taking off regular mayo and Caesar, chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce for steak and egg.

Quiznos all day! Stay away from subway now, subs are gross and over priced now, I loved this place as my favorite restaurant for 30+ years, now I hate it.

Dishonest service, ordered a foot long added cheese to half and was charged for two two six inches.

Frequently get order wrong despite being told that it's for an allergy and when pointing it out rather than remake it instead insist to just scrape off the allergen and "it'll be fine" with complete disregard to the allergy or persons health

Food was delicious, however the service could have been a bit better. They were annoyed that my wife had an allergy and weren't that friendly. It could have been due to the fact that they had limited selection because of renos. Hopefully once those renos are done, they are a bit more friendly and less stressed.

Very friendly and polite staff. We had a 8 people in our group and they handled it with ease. Not too many subways out there as good as this one!

I hadn’t been to subway in a long time.
Was happy to see they added new chicken options such as rotisserie so you’re not just getting the fake looking meat with painted grill marks.
The service here was a bit slow but it looked like they were trying to catch up on electronic orders as well.
Service was very friendly and I was able to get a salad that I was surprised at how delicious it was!
I saw in a previous review someone mention they don’t do salads- that’s an old review because they absolutely do now.
Can’t beat the price either.

One of the best location for gas and tobacco in dryden, easy to in and out friendly staff, convenient.

Quick in and out service as it was busy but took very little time. Good work to the staff.
Their speed did not affect the quality of sandwich either.

Horrible ppl and service asked for extra pickels and was told no because thay don't have a way to charge me more I was in aww never have I ever been told I can't have extra veggies on my sub at any subway I have gone to

Ordered a Meatball sub, half the meatballs were hard and meat looked darker then normal.about an hour after eating, stomach started feeling off and I got sick.

The girl who served me I think her name was Mani, wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t talk to me or ask me any questions about my order at all, she had an ear bud in and talking to someone the entire time she was taking my order. Usually a good experience but this time wasn’t so nice

A solid option while on the go. The restaurant wasn't very clean but it wasn't a huge issue.
