Good customer service specially a worker tulsi when so ever she prepare food she do her 100%

I went in for the sandwich around 6: 30 and there were 2 girls one of those were super rude (short girl) and not helpful at all. I just asked if she could pack the sandwich separately but she was like i packed it and I can’t do anything where as she was just about to wrap and there was no one else in the store. I had an offer in the phone they said it is valid for mobile order, i asked them to just give me 2 minutes and there reaction was super rude. This is not a good customer service we expect from such a good brand.

The staff are always welcoming and always do a great job! Store is stocked up with pop and chips. Eating area clean and tidy. Great job!

Came for Soup, advertised online, have an instore flyer on window showing soups available. Told yes we advertise it as Subway sells it however our store will not make it as we have to throw it out as not enough business. We don't care what our head office says, we are independantly operated. Asked for a contact number for feedback told we don't give it, just leave us a review.

Tulsi helped me and she was amazing. Very kind and helpful. I was very impressed walking in as it was so clean. The ingredients were fresh. Usually other locations aren’t like that and this location blew my mind.

I order 2 footlong today i had the multigrain bread and it was smelling really bad the service was good but the bread was. Had to throw out the whole order

Worst experience, girl name Manpreet made my sub. She has deadass attitude. She added little veggie, chicken and tons of sauce in my sandwich. Definitely not recommend this place.

Normally I came to this place on weekends. They made very delicious Vegie delight sandwich for me as I am purely Vegetarian guy. This time I came the girl name Tulsi without request change her gloves and made delicious veggie deliight sandwich for me which really appreciate. Also her working style and customer service is very nice, quick and helpful. I will prefer this place.

Customer service was good No doubt The guy literally made order according to my taste respect to his hard work the thing i don’t like is I asked him about the tip he said We don’t get it. That’s insane it shouldn’t be like this. Tip should be equally divided among employees end of the day they are the one managing store. I would appreciate if the owner start giving tips.

I frequently stop by this location as Kinara, Mehak, and Manpreet are always courteous and professional when serving customers. Always provide customers with a clean and healthy dining environment. 5 stars to this team and location.

Upto know I have always had a good experience, yesterday I took 1 non-veg. And 1 veggie sandwich, there was A girl named Tulsi, I remembered she 1st changed gloves then started with my order, also she helped me about my sandwich, helped me with knowledge abt. Veggie Sauces and made awesome Sandwich. My experience was very good. Thanks Tulsi.

I entered the store with my friend at around 11: 15 to place an order and we had very good experience. Harsh gave us a brilliant service.

Worst and rude manager i have ever seen. Today i order a veggie sandwich in which i added a bunch of veggies with no tomatoes. So they give me a piece of bread with sauce, pickles and tomatoes. When we called the store the manager was yelling and said “i don’t care”. The employee failed to understand what we were telling and hung up on us when we asked for refund. Totally unprofessional staff.

Its not the first time that I didn't have a great experience with subway! I am always disappointed! After saying multiple times that just one line of sweet onion manpreet put hell lot of sweet onion sauce on my sandwich! I literally couldn’t eat even half of it! Wastage of money! She was polite and nice but not attentive.

Is It something about 'Tulsi' or everyone at this location makes it so delicious that I can't stop stopping by?
