When they have problem on their mobile app to apply an offer code and the moment you go inside talk to them immediately they refuse it. They said we don’t work here for mobile app.
The worst customer service ever. Girls are so rude. Poor customer service.

Worst subway experience I've ever had with this location through doordash. They allmost allways forget to put cheese and they have ruined 3 cold cut sandwiches by toasting the meat When i "Specifically asked NOT TO TOAST ANYTHING" Its ridiculous haveing the same mistakes time after time. Give people what they pay for and train your employees properly.

Who in the right mind toast a cold cut then puts all the veggies in it. Wilty mush by the time its delivered.just disgusting.

The Ambience is Amazing here… Store is very clean and the Food quality is maintained to its best. I work here part-time and as employee i will definitely recommend all the foodies who have midnight cravings should visit us as we are Open 24/7…. The portion of the food is served perfect by all our expert sandwich artists of the store.

They don’t understand what’s mobile order is because I ordered sandwich on mobile app waiting like more than 20 minutes these guys making other orders i when i asked he said I’m gonna finish the line up than i will make yours then why there’s mobile app to order not a good service

Very disappointing experience today, the guy at the counter made a very bad sub, firstly he put just half a scoop of the chicken on the sub, I told him that the amount he put is not even covering the bread and he replied that sometimes the bread is big. In short very annoying experience for the first time here at this location, but anyhow, usually I like this location bcoz the other staff here makes great subs.

A ridiculous place to be at. Stale food and untrained staff. A deadly combo to deal with in a subway.

It was very busy during night. They should put more people during night, only one person as I have waited for more than 40 min just for bun sandwich

I love this store whenever I come here all the guys are super welcoming especially the guy in the glasses named kashyup is a delight to work with as he always gets my order right even when the orders are oddly specific. They also have everything at hand always and I’m never turned down for any of the ingredients. Highly recommended!

I always have a great customer servicing experience from this subways store. Staff greeting is as always great and welcoming. Especially i would like to mention about sandwich artists who works in evening times, whenever i visit store, i make sure that anyone from evenings staff only prepares my subways. Moreover, they keeps engagement with customers while they are prepring subs. As compared to other subways, Woodbine blvd is best in the neighborhood. Great job

Very bad service, food is good, 1 star less just bcoz girl named jayshree was just talking (personal talk) to other staff distracting them to make proper sandwhich.the lady serving me couldnt even hear me, my toppings.i had to tell them to stop talking, embarrassing for me to have to ask.once i asked jayshree was polite enough to apologize and stop talking, which i appreciate. (please dont make your customers ask)
Request to manger or headquarters: - please ask them to learn some customer service skills.

Really bad store, whenever I try to order something from the Doordash it says they never ever receive it because I think the employees are untrained, and foolish.

Update: Not as good as before. Stale food should NOT be served.

I've ordered from here over a dozen times last year and they rarely missed the mark. Not anymore. The veggies aren't as fresh, breads were stale, and the sauce was very little. Cookies tasted like a week old.

They missed the order notes. It's pretty obvious that the sauces should be a given on the side for Delivery orders to keep the whole Sub from being soggy. That's if you cared about the food your selling, of course.

Do better, you've done it before.

Awesome experience, the staff in the night shift is very welcoming, and makes awesome sandwiches as per request.

Gagan, jasmeen and kashup are really goods guys.they are working very hard and polite to customers.

This has been great location but from last few times I’m quite disappointed. I mean it’s not my problem if grill machine is not properly working. Explanation was not quite enough.
