Very disgusting service. The lady was very very rude while making my sandwich barely acknowledge my presence while didn’t even saying hi as well, while making my sandwich I had to basically do all the speaking, as she was barely saying a word to me, then on top of that she was not wearing a hairnet the whole time while making my food. Assuming that my food had been made correctly I went home and upon taking a bite out of my sandwich. I noticed a long piece of hair coming out of my mouth with sauce on it I immediately went back to the restaurant and explained her the situation, and she kept insisting on not giving me a refund. Just trying to make me a new sandwich. As discussed as I was, I clearly did not want a new sandwich, and she kept telling me she didn’t know how to do a refund and I would have to wait until Monday. They speak to the manager, after insisting that I got a refund, she pulled out her phone and was able to do the refund magically after multiple times of saying that she doesn’t know how to do it. Didn’t wash her a single time after cashing out other customers and then proceeding to make the other sandwiches was also not wearing gloves very disgusting

I’ve been here a few times my sandwich has been tasty good fresh veggies. The Asian guy that works there is extremely nice. Will continue visiting this subway.

The lady with glasses made my subs 2 footlong veegie with rudeness and attitude. She served me stale bread and told me that either i want a sandwich or not. Then, she said I am only allowed with three sauces. Is this even true. GARBAGE SUBS, 0 for service and need my answer how many sauces are allowed in subway? Keep your employees employed with you but i am not coming back to you. Disrespectful behaviour from subway. Happend on july 27

The lady working there was in the middle of making my sub and then noticed a bug walking across the middle of my sandwich. She then proceeded to pluck the bug off and continue trying to make the same sandwich pretending like nothing happened. I was disgusted. I told her I just saw a bug on the sandwich and she tried to act like she didn't know what I was talking about. It was only when I said "I literally just saw you pull that bug off the sandwich" did she offer to make a new one. Needless to say I walked away.

Beyond this one experience, the two ladies that work here provide dreadful customer service. Frequently, one will be sitting down staring at her phone and not even acknowledge your presence until you speak up. When she does finally help you out, she makes it very clear that they're doing you the biggest favor in the world and that they don't want to be there.

Don't go to this location! Bad customer service by a grumpy brown lady. She threw all topping inside my wrap and did not even close it properly. She did not grill my wrap as she turned off grilling machine 1 hour before closing time. I haven't seen this happening in any other location. Her facial expressions will tell you how uninterested she is in her job. This location needs to hire new people who have atleast basic customer service skills!

This Subway is located at far east side of Bloor Yonge subway station.

Two ladies work there, they never close the bread properly. They just want to throw away the order and dont want the customers to appericiate their work. Its been more than 6-7 months that I am coming here regularly but never got good service from these two ladies.
On the other hand, an Asian guy works there, he is very nice and very experienced.
