Supposed to be open 24hrs! Showed up at 11: 55pm on Feb. 12th. The guy inside named Ansh had the door locked because he mopped the floor & said I have to wait 5 minutes. But he should have mopped floor later in the morning (3-4am) when there are no customers. So after I waited over 10min in the freezing cold he then washed his hands, had a few drinks of water, checked his phone, then started preparing online orders while looking at me still waiting outside in the freezing cold. He did not unlock the door until 12: 17am. Absolutely worst service! Never make a customer wait out in the cold or lock your doors when your SERVICE COMMITMENT to your PAYING customers is to be OPEN 24 hours not locked until you feel like serving a customer.

The person at the counter treated us well. However, there was another anonymous person in the store who was supposedly friend of owner who stereotyped me and my friend and disrespected all of us because of my ethnicity.

It was quick but the lady here completely messed up sub. I told her no olives or cucumbers. She added cucumbers. Then I asked for chipotle southwest and SE gave me Sriracha. I won't be coming back to this place. If you go here and a woman with a turban is working here be careful. The speaker for the music is broken and doesn't work properly. Wouldn't recommend

Good location, always been the local go-to since it's 24 hrs. Met the owner and he's a really cool guy, the workers sometimes are not the most helpful in my experience.

Super slow service had to wait 15 mins before I could place my order, and also, there was only one customer in front of us. The customer was taking time to order, and the person making sandwiches took too long to prepare them

I came to this location at 4: 30 AM and the sandwich artist did an amazing job! The artist was very kind and fun to talk to! Great job guys!

I came to this location again today and had an amazing experience. Ansh went above and beyond to ensure the sandwich was to my liking. He even went as far as to recommend sauces and other toppings that would compliment the sandwich. Amazing job to Ansh and the team!

A big group of us came at 230 am for subs and Roman gave us such excellent service.he is so kind and personable and made us great subs.he really brightened up our night with his genuine warmth, thank you Roman!

Very Bad! I would like to share my experience for viewers that it is the worst subway experience ever and bad customer service. I would not recommend this subway to any Intelligent people.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We ordered from the Subway app for takeout 35 minutes ahead of time around 8: 45PM on July 16th for takeout and after 10-15 minutes, the app informed us the sub was ready for pickup. Even with the earlier time it stated it was finished, we still opted to arrive 30 minutes later from the ordering time as to give some leeway. However, as we got there, not ONLY is it not ready - but when we asked the girl at the front making the sandwiches, we were met with a screaming "no! It'll be done in 10-15 minutes! ". So we sat and waited, a little taken back by her service attitude for delayed food that she failed to prepare on time. (we even came way later on purpose so it'll be ready!).
As we sat there & it dawned on us she'll keep making the sandwiches for the 4 people in the lineup before ours will even be touched, we proceeded to ask her if she can just give a refund as it is now almost 40 minutes now after waiting since we ordered the food and it was accepted and marked "completed". She screamed "huh? NO! " at us asking for a refund for an order that should have been COMPLETED and MARKED as completed but never even touched, let alone made. At this point, we got really impatient at her attitude and adamantly asked her to "CAN YOU just make ours now? " - to which she responded openly with nothing except grumbling "geezus" "oh my god" under her breath and giving death stares while finally proceeding to make our food, 35 minutes later than it was supposed to have been done.
Might be also worth nothing that when we adamantly asked her to make the food now, the man that ordered ahead of us proceeded to say (surprise surprise!) "yea and she'll make it sloppily as she can for you guys too" before giving her a displeased look before heading out.
In the end, we let the customers in the line know that our food was ordered actually much earlier and it was stated it was finished so we came for the pick up. They were understanding enough and we thank them for that. But to be clear, the fault was in no way ours and the person apologizing to the people in line should not have been us, but the person responsible.
Even in the end we grabbed our food and said "thank you" to which she tossed aside and ignored us.
From this experience, I can safely say we will never come back to this place and would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Having one employee at the location to work a night shift every weekend results in extremely unpleasant service and her attitude is just blatantly disrespectful and utterly unacceptable.

I would have given half star for food but that is not available. I ordered kikin chicken and green goddess but they didn’t have any ingredients available no habanero mozzarella and no green goddess chicken. The chicken was raw and not even cooked. Horrible food waste of money.

This place is only open 24 hours because it takes that long for the worker to make the sandwich.

The food is good, same as any other Subway, but good lord speed it up! Why so long to make a single sandwich?

This is for the management of this location - your team needs more than 1 person to be on this location at nights. The people working here are awesome but so so busy. I feel bad for them. Ridiculous that you haven’t hired more staff!
The staff and service otherwise is amazing! But this is my 4th-5th time here with a lot of wait!

Great place, I mistakenly forgot to add sauces in my sub, my guy informed me about that and even made me new sub with added sauces, wonderful service 10/5.

Came for a midnight eat as it's one of the only 24 hour food places near me, was not disappointed. With no other customers, the sandwich artist becomes the sandwich tailor. Got my sub exactly how I like it, and ate it there. It's nice and warm inside the restaurant. It's really quiet at night, but that's not really a bad thing. Subs are good taste-wise, and filling.

Today very bad experience with new guy. He doesn’t know how to make salad bowl, even I asked he did make without rice and very less salads… just rushing…. Though another person used to behave very awesome…. Need to be more careful about new guys
