Subway

I’m really disappointed with the service I received today, after ordering I was told my total, tapped my card and noticed it was $5 more than my total, when I asked the worker she said it was the tip. On the tip machine I was never prompted to give a tip let alone a $5 one. Automatic gratuity from a corporate company that should just be paying their employees doesn’t sit well with me. I don’t know if she clicked the tip button on me without my consent or if subway automatically puts it in now but either way not cool.

So I asked for just a bit of extra sauce. The woman got mad and put half a bottle on my sub. Absolutely disgusting.don't work there if you don't want to do your job!

Ordered 4 subs and was charged for 5.when we called nobody picked up and we called a lot and far apart.

I will never order a Brisket sub from here again. Unlike the subway on fairview you're only getting half the portion you're supposed to get. Portion size is definitely smaller than any other subway I've gone to.

Even though subway as a company as decided to jack up their prices with this new menu, this location should not get any flak for it. The service is always great, the girls who work here always greet you with a smile and are very friendly. They are fast, efficient and always make great tasting subs

Used to go in there more but now new owners and staff I guess!? The manager never says hello. The rest of the staff are nice. It feels more like a assembly line and take your food and leave. Just tonight I was checked out by the manager and no napkins in the bag no have a nice evening just her regular stern look of distaste! Not a friendly atmosphere! Someone should teach her how to interact with people! In her country it may be acceptable but not here!

I arrived there today at 12: 10 am. The seating area was disgustingly dirty. All tables dirty and garbage everywhere. I.should of walked out but was short for time. I ordered an asst 12 inch sub.the only topping were lettuce and pickles. I will never be back and I will spread the word. Especially to the health board. Ckean up your business.

Not happy with some of the staff. Not delightful with there bad attitude. They need to be nicer and more respectful and professional to everyone. I feel like not going back to subway.

Location was nothing special on the outside, extremely clean inside, friendly polite staff and was probably the best experience I ve had at a location. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Food good as always, staff are always pleasant, a nice place to stop by.food always prepared in record time.

Great sub makers! Actually filled the sub up and wasn't cheap on the meat or veggies! Definitely a bonus to me!

Need to bring back the subway club though!

This subway is one of the worst (in my eyes). I started off with them giving me attitude like i was doing something wrong and after I told them what I wanted they proceeded to fail my entire meal. Never going back if i could give zero i would.

We ordered 2 bowls, we had to tell them how to make it! They couldn't remember any of the ingredients! Not going back there again, the bowls were awful! I only gave you a 1 because I could not give you a zero!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub off skip the dish. Received my sub and it’s missing basically all the ingredients I ordered. What’s more upsetting is I’ve tried calling multiple times and they will not pick up the phone. I will not be ordering from this location again.
