Wrong advisement.said the bogo 6 inch offer was not valid anymore. But sources say it's valid till 26th of this month.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever seen the owner needs to change the staff so badly they don’t know basic ethics about how to serve customers just don’t like it

Also this place needs better staff because mostly students are visiting this place

One of the most rude and un empempathetic staff I have come accross in Subway. I ordered through mobile app and the money got deducted. Due to technical error in the subway app the order did not go through. The staff just ignored even after showing the bank transaction. And made me re order and pay for it. Very disappointed with Subway and the way I was treated here even after paying twice for the same order.

Bought a foot long sub to go. Requested the employee to make it with fresh baked bread. Still, she made it with stale bread. Had to throw it out. Horrible customer service.

It's seem owner doesn't care about his restaurant. Because service is too bad. I PERSONALLY email many times to manager but she didn't took any steps. I always feels coming here is waste of money. In week I almost come 3-4 times. But from now on I will think twice.

Please take some measure for this situation. Or I think I have to tell my friends to add reviews also. So that it will draw the manager and owner attention.

Owner needs to check this site. Time and time again employees just don't care about hygiene nor care about the sub.

I find this location really delivers in all around quality service, and actually seem to value their customers here, I'm a repeat customer, and never had an issues.

Horrendous! 33$ for an order with hardly any meat. Salad had next to no steak.

Not very friendly. Staff are from India and they speak their own language in public and on the job.not very professional. Like come on this is Canada. I don't recommend this place. Washrooms are dirty

The staff, although friendly, has a hard time with simple english, understanding, and speaking it.
It will require just a bit of patience, but it's worth your time.
The food is good. They are a bit skimpy on toppings, but I politely ask for more.
Service is good overall.
Prices are what you would expect.
They have a great value item menu.
I recommend this one.

Stood there like an idiot in line while the workers just made Uber orders, the guy working would get all pissy and scoff at me anytime I’d ask him to simply do his job (not put my sandwich on the same tab as my friends, put sauce on my sandwich, turn around to get me the drink I ordered, etc.), and overall the workers just treated myself and all the other customers there extremely unprofessionally. Not to mention the whole restaurant stunk like burnt plastic it was a stench that I can’t even put into words, I felt as though I was going to pass out for the entirety of my time inside the restaurant. I’m giving 1 star but I really wish I could give zero, don’t come here unless you’re looking to ruin your day.

The employees seemed to be so unhappy working here, like I owned them money. They were very impatient to every customer. One of the employee, her name is Ekjot. She accidentally pushed my sandwich out of the wrapping paper and she pretended nothing happened. The worst service I've ever had.

Worst customer service, ignore customers. Had to tell guy 3 times to toast my bun. He was putting cold bacon on before toasting it? !? ! They also have stopped using the only lactose free option for cheese-swiss? !? ! If you want to continue to enjoy/love subway, Do Not go to this location because it’ll ruin subway forever for you!

I made the mistake of going back again. If you like a good sub with meat ect and prefer not to wait 10 15 depending on the day and Staff.do not go here or city view. Go to fisher and baseline or green bank iris at 417 great stuff

The food was amazing and specially the service by Kulwinder was outstanding, welcoming nature of his and the way he greets and prepare one’s food makes you feel like home. Will highly recommend.

Maninder is such an amazing worker.all by herself on an overnight and had amazing speed and customer service! Was worried that she was all alone by herself working but she was absolutely amazing.

Quality has significantly decreased over the last 4 months.

Last 3 visits I've had the staff has been abysmal. They are disinterested, barely possess any communication skills, I constantly have to repeat myself and they misunderstand what I'm asking for.

They barely put any toppings on compared to a year ago. Any good employees have since left and anytime I go in after 7pm is a noticeable difference in service as to what I'd receive earlier in the day.

For clear reasons I would not tip as the service comes nowhere close to deserving it and the employees are visibly annoyed by it but why on earth would I tip on poor service.

It seems as if hiring standards have dropped to the point it seems as if the interview process is nearly non-existent.

I was hoping the service quality was just temporary but it just continues to degrade with no indication of improving.

Honestly, didn’t like it. Sauces was not added enough. And so it was not tasty; I felt like I ate vegetables with bread.

Awesome friendly sandwich artist there! She nailed my sandwich <3 I'm only going to this subway from now on:)
