Subway

This subway Chicken Breast sandwich taste as if it went bad all of the sudden that I had to spit it out. It is no longer good that I feel like vomiting now

Jaydip is friendly, fast to serve and built a rapport with me, so much so that he predicts my orders!

Wonferful location overall!

The customer service is beyond horrible. Go to any other subway but not this. The order is always wrong and when you talk to them they won’t understand.
Just horrible! I wonder how they are given the franchisee

So as a reply to your comment I had to edit my comment. The order was exactly opposite to what I ordered and kindly read the comment first. The review is for the order which was prepared. I am very well aware of third parties. This yet explains more and supports what I initially mentioned!

Ask for my first sandwich to the female server, she put the bread on the counter and went to the back, the male server did the sandwich once done the server proceeded to the next customer and didn’t not ask if I wanted anything else, which I did want a second sandwich and some sides. Same with female server that was not at the cash, she did not ask if I wanted to make it a combo or anything else. To the franchise owner: These employees need training on customer service and food service.

I just went to grab a sub for dinner and the person told me I have to wait 20-30 minutes because he has uber eats orders to prepare. There was no one else in the store, but he makes a customer wait in person. Pretty pathetic. Subway needs to get their priorities straight

Got a sub the other week. During the employee's making of my sub, in walked a woman who started taking pictures of the place. They went into the back to inspect everything. "Sandwich Artist" as they're apparently called got very distracted about making my sub. Three times they stopped to do something else, which was a quick cleaning of an area while the inspector was in the back. Employee kept same gloves on all throughout. I found it all unsettling. Nothing overly terrible, just old paper in the oven, crumbs across the counter, both of which went into the garbage. Still, preparing food for someone and touching "garbage" during the process.

I made a complaint and the response was that I should be more understanding to how nervous the worker was with the inspector in the restaurant. Let's ignore that protocol for keeping a clean restaurant isn't being followed. No apology made.

I go to Subway every other Friday for lunch. I will not go to this Subway location ever again.
