Must visit location friendly staff, quick service and nicely clean subway. I visit this location once a week and never get bored by this place.

This was a second chance at this location. The first time I walked out with another customer. We were told we had to wait 15 minutes while they prepared an order for someone that wasn't there

I had such a bad experience at this location with the staff! I've been going to Subway since I was a teenager. I preordered my meal on the app, it was wrong, staff didn't care and I was forced to eat something I didn't order, they also didn't have the chips I ordered with my combo, the answer I got was we don't order those because people don't like them, not to mention they didn't have a washroom for me to use as it was full with cleaning supplies but I was told it was out of order! (LIES) I made a complaint 3 times to customer service head office and not one reply in 3 weeks. Hold on there's more lies, as I asked for the store #, but I already had it so it was a test, YUP you got it the lady gave me the wrong store # LOL. NOT IMPRESSED AND STILL WAITING ON MY REPLY FROM MY # COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME ISSUE! Until I get a reply Subway will not see another penny from me!

I must mention Subway is not affordable as it used to be (way over priced now) I would rather get a nice freshly made Steak or Veal sandwich for much less!

Stingy with vegetables and sauces.
They always look at me when i ask for more sauces.

Great service by the staff I often go for vegetarian option for my dinner they have friendly staff and very nice environment to dine in with some soft music behind and freshly made cookies are too good at this location.

You can't use the washroom even for washing your hands before having lunch or dinner. Moreover, the staff lies about the toilet being out of order.

They steal money and they have a really dirty place.workers there are so rude and they take tips without asking the customer.

Yesterday they were out of cold cut trio meat. Today they are short on pickles and can't provide more than a handful. Ruined 2 lunches in a row. Will be finding something else for my normal lunch.

If you are reading this review, I would advise you to think twice before visiting this location. Hygiene and cleanliness is sorely lacking at this location. I personally witnessed a young lady preparing to make my sandwich and decided it was necessary to wipe her nose with her fingers before preparing her sandwich. I instantly left. I've also heard other stories from individuals saying staff would be cashing out other customers and then go ahead and begin preparing their sandwich without changing gloves. Honestly, the owner needs to talk to his staff about hygiene and cleanliness because this location has quite a bad reputation in the area.

I bought 2 drinks and 2 six inches. The drinks were expired and i went to the store and anyhow they asked me take another drinks but when i checked the dates on other drinks they were expired too.there was no apology at all.i took the pics of the expired drinks and my friends started vomiting when i came back at home.if anything severe happens it gonna be issue for you Rashmi (owner)

Lazy staff. They lie about not having a chopping bowl for the salad, yet other locations offer it. And when you insist, they go to the back and bring it out after saying that they didn't have it. Very upsetting when you are hungry and want to place a simple order.

Went here for take out with my daughter, the staff member was one of the better ones at this location. It's to bad most Subway staff don't take pride in their jobs.
