Subway

Myself and my coworkers have been shopping at this subway location for a couple of years now. The last 6months has been a struggle and finally todays experience was crossing the line for us at this particular location. There is a lady behind the counter that served us today and in the past. This lady has been rude to us in the past and also today. We asked for extra tomato or lettuce, she responds that is extra, she hand picked the smallest pieces of tomato possible, i looked in the bin of tomatoes there were plenty of larger pieces. The amount of lettuce was barely what is put on without doubling up! And on the second sub, she put only 4 small pieces of tomato on! And i asked for salt and pepper for the 2nd sub, she dumped 4x more on it than a normal person would, my co worker even complained about the excessive salt and pepper.
Her demeanor and body language speaks plenty as well, as i am speaking to her she turns around instead of allowing me to finish speaking.
She gives no napkins and no bag, we have to ask for it all the time. And finally there was no final Have a nice day, enjoy your meal, nor even a thank you as well when I said Thank you. This is NOT the subway i know and grew up with. And this sure as hell is not a subway I will be going back to.

Doesn’t do full portion scoops of the chicken. When you ask for it to be done correctly it’s like we’re talking about two different sandwiches. Unimpressed. To say the least kinda of just want the meal I’m paying for. SMH try Quiznos

Your company says 24 hrs at this subway everyone I go there at 330 am it’s closed you might want to change that false advertisement only one time you guys were open? This is a waste of my lunch I drive there on a night shift and waste half my lunch

The woman that made my sub was rude and gave me a nasty look when I corrected her politely when she grabbed the wrong item. Also my sub was shoved into the bag without care and smushed upon opening. Very upset. Will not be returning.

Had a great experience at this location. Jaspreet has really good customer service skills and made us great sandwiches. Everything was fresh even at 2 AM. Will come to this location even though it’s a bit far from us. Restaurant was clean.

Guy was making sub and then touching trolley bringing from back to front and using same gloves in between making of sandwich bad experience of this subway

I walked for a big order of 7 footlongs and combo and Told them to make a platter. They did it in 15 mins. They are helpful, quick and works with perfection
No errors. Cheers to the lady that helped and the owner was friendly too. Helped me load food in trunk

(PS: I wasn’t the only customer there was a big line up)

Jaspreet served us and was phenomenal! Very courteous, asked us what we wanted before we even thought about it and it was just an awesome experience overall! We will go out of our way to stop at the Wellington Rd South location and hope we run into Jaspreet again!

Dirtiest subway I’ve ever been in. Dirt on backs of chairs so it’s been a while. Very stingy on salad also. Bowl was half full. Very poor location.

Decent little subway. Its small but the staff were fast and friendly. I also found it dining area clean.

Although the sandwiches are fresh and delicious the dining room and washrooms are absolutely filthy. Not a clean table in the place. As soon as there are no customers all the kids are on their smartphones. Not sure if a manager was in site but this isn't the first time I have visited this location. Three strikes you're out, I won't be returning.

I went today to buy food we received the worse service ever the lady was asking the same questions all the time and for my bowl she give me 2 knifes instead the forks i ask her if she put the cuttlery my husband told her don't toast the bread she toasted the bread worse i never comeback there.

Staff seemed very rushed and kept putting on the wrong toppings. They seemed very rushed and flustered however the place wasnt even busy
