The old woman that works here has poor communication skills can't even tell me what the meat is before putting it on the bread then acts confused when I dont want it and starts talking in another language like I'm not there when the manager (husband) tries to step in and 'fix' things by telling her what I just told her he ends up overcharging you for an already overpriced poorly made mediocre sandwich. Stick to basic orders that are less confusing to the staff and harder to mess up and you should be fine but more than 3-4 ingredients and they start to panic and make mistakes and forget things.

The tall indian guy that works there never washes his hands until reminded, handles money or the mop or sticks his hand in the garbage to push it down then goes back to making your sub like nothing happened. When asked to wash or change his gloves he starts making the sub passive aggressively.

Two small female workers that are terrible at their jobs and don't even know how to use the cash register. Seems like they're either both new or just have no care for their jobs. Would not go back ever.

DO NOT EAT THERE. Owner forces staff to continue making/serving food when there is sewage back-up all-throughout the restaurant. When employee leaves because it is unethical, immoral and DISGUSTING, he refuses to pay her, her well deserved, well earned wages. Expects her to remain standing in raw sewage back-up and make Uber/Skip the dishes orders - DISGUSTING! Ottawa health unit called. Ministry of labour called. Other staff members informed me this happens on a monthly basis. Thank gawd I never ate anything there! STAY AWAY.

Maninder is such an amazing worker.all by herself on an overnight and had amazing speed and customer service! Was worried that she was all alone by herself working but she was absolutely amazing.

Eh it’s subway so the food is always mid but i went in to ask for a cup of ice and they told me they ran out of cups lol.i asked for a soup container or smtn and they were trying to charge me for a soup.very cheap.had to hit ‘em with the one star for that madness.

Ordered delivery from here, it was made promptly, the subs were made quickly, tasted fresh and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Only thing that docks a star is the sides were messed up, confusing white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies for sun chips but the subs themselves were immaculate.
