Never again will I patronize subway. I sent my mentally disabled son to get dinner because he asked if he could go by himself and his Mom and me said yes. When he asked for extra bacon he said that they turned around, said something in their language and laughed. He said he heard the word bacon. Like seriously this is how a great establishment in the public eye treats a mentally disabled person. This is sad and I will not eat at subway again and will tell family and friends what happened.

This is the second time I got the wrong thing. My husband even showed the girl a photo and description of a Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. I got some mush that was doubtful if a chicken was even thought about, salad. When I emailed the store, the manager said he had no record of the transaction, so I took a photo of the receipt and sent it to him. SILENCE!
Total disrespect. Won’t be going to that location ever again.

This is by far, the best Subway. The service is excellent and the people are very kind and considerate. The subs have always been made with fresh ingredients and they are not skrimped on. Thanks for your smiling faces.

Super rude when I brought my salad back woth a big black hair, and then tried saying maybe it was mine. (IM WHITE BLONDE), and then gave super attitude when I said may I please have another one made.she did woth an eye roll.
Needs to have better customer service and wear hair nets.

The staff at this Subway are very kind, friendly and awesome people. Their customer service is amazing and they're efficient, no delays. I highly recommend this location.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. My boyfriend and I ordered from her through the uber eats app. Well first of all they labeled the subs COMPLETELY wrong. Then on my boyfriend sub he was missing 4 toppings. On my sub I was missing 2 and the main one was cheese plus on top of that our subs WERE NOT toasted like they should have been. So we called the subway to let them know they had made mistakes on our subs, the guy who answered the phone was very rude and yelling at us, on top of that he was acting like we were swearing at him. Well whatever so we hang up and continue contacting uber eats for a refund when we see a hair in our subs. I am absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS. The lack of customer service is outrageous and the cleanliness is poor. I totally do not recommend going to this subway.

DO NOT ORDER!
If I could rate this restaurant negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience they did not follow my instructions through Uber eats put wrong sauces on subs forgot cheese on one of them missing toppings missing sauces And the worst thing you ever want to find in your food a HAIR NOT JUST ONE BUT TWO one in each sub and horrible customer service when I called to let them know THEY screwed up my order I didn't even use threatening tones and I got screamed at in response do not go to this subway boycott this location

This is the best Subway in the city and the only one we go to on a regular basis. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My son has some major food allergies and they go over and above to ensure his sub is made safely no matter when we go. He loves that some of the staff know his order too! Very clean and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I go to this subway a few times a month and get a grilled cheese and bacon ciabatta, when compared to other subways this one is leagues ahead. There's just something about the food here that puts it beyond any other Subway, the staff is very nice and overall the food is great!

Woman there messed up my sub and she had a struggling time closing the sub. I open the sub and stuff goes everywhere. And also overpriced for a place this mediocre

Food wasn’t covered it was ridiculous. Plus the customer service is overly poor why don’t they put a robot instead!

Terrible service, sub artist would not look at me or address me and constantly heavily sighed throughout the preparing of my families meal. At 6pm they had all the chairs up so it looked like they were closing although they were open for 5 more hours. Buns were burnt and there were next to no toppings available. The toppings added were so minimal that they added no flavor at all to the subs. I felt so uncomfortable being in this Subway and it was the worst, most tasteless food experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor go to Upper James, the West Cliff Mall or an Ancaster location.
