Such a bad customer service. There was this guy who was rude as hell. The moment we entered, he had this bad facial expression. Seems like he did not want to work. Such a negative attitude. We went at 4: 30am in the morning and looking at that sad disgusting face ruined our mood and food. He did not even make our order properly. Put so less veggies. Never recommend anyone to go there. Pathetic customer service.guy with turban. Did not expect such poor service

Garbage location, the girl working here on Sunday at 4pm was not letting people use washroom saying it’s out of service and took a table and put it infront of mens washroom and locked the other. I am a paying customer and just walked out refusing to buy anything from a store that behalves this way. She was more than happy as she didn’t have to make my sandwhich or clean washrooms and went back to being on her phone with her subway sandwhich gloves on. Completely unhygienic practices she is bringing over from India. Ashamed Indian myself.

Completely screws up my order. Doesnt toast the sandwich. Gives me stale bread. Don’t recommend this location

Dirty glass doors from when you walk in everything after that is dirty as well. Vegetables look saugy and the freezer is clearly broken and over freezing everything on the table. Clearly owned by someone who favours “quick fixes”.

Server was amazing, polite and quick! Was so sad to hear when we tried to give tip not to worry about it as boss keeps all tips. Do better subway

I highly recommend everyone check receipts here. The charges in store vs order online with an in-store pick up are 20 cents different. I feel like some over charging is happening. And the staff are just rude.

Went in today to get a sub. Only two workers in today and so there was quite a lineup. One person making sandwiches and the other at the cash register. Worker at the cash register took money from a customer with her gloved hand and once done went and proceeded to make the next customer’s sandwich using the SAME gloved hands that touched the cash. Gloves were not changed at all. Very unsanitary. Once I saw that I just went off and left.

The lady who was making my sub stopped while making it and went to the cash register and dealt with a customer and gave him cash back. Then, she started making my sub again. I said, "Please stop, I didn't see u change ur gloves. She said she did and gestured that there were gloves under the counter where the toppings were. I have never seen this before. They always got their gloves from the wall. I asked to speak to the manager or store owner because of an issue from a previous visit. She told me they don't have a contact number. I asked what happens if there is a bad situation, a fire, etc. Who do u call and notify. She then went in the back after 10 minutes she brought out another young lady. This young lady I left my contact info with and asked her to please forward this to the manager or store owner a week before. I asked if she did, and she replied yes. It's been a week. This is why I asked for their contact info because I have not heard from anyone yet. I left my info again with them. It's been a couple of months now. I still have not heard from anyone. This is my local store that I have been supporting for 10 yrs. For the past couple months I drive 2 km to another store as I won't support them until someone contacts me and corrects my w previous orders that I ordered online and were missing one sub and drinks. After this visit, the next day, I woke up not feeling well. Didn't want to eat, felt very tired. I stayed home. Didn't eat anything that day. The second day felt very ill. I'm in bed all day, i couldn't eat anything again. Third day, very, very, very sick. Never felt this bad ever. I texted positive for covid. I feel very confident that when she dealt with the other customer in the middle of making my sub and handled money is how I caught covid. I was off work the day before going there and did not go anywhere that day. The day I got my sub from them is the only place I went to that day. Straight there and back home. I didn't leave home again for 2 weeks as I was so sick with covid.

The service is super stupid. Saleswomen were super rude. Keep the washroom always locked even for the customer.

Amritpal was our attendant and the service was worst including the sub we weren’t even offered a place to sit neither a plate for having our meal. The owner should try changing the night staff and get the one that doesn't argue with customers.

Really bad experience with the guy who is in night shift.when I ask to toast veggie patty separately he just gave me a bad face. Very bad customer service. He was very rude, no hello and didn’t even reply my question. He was like he is giving us a favour. It’s not first time we visit there usually and same attitude we have to face.

The guy named Amrit’s service is too bad. Not even responding to questions or greetings. Worst subway experience ever.

WORSE service ever! Me and my wife walked in there and were very happy to see no one else BUT the only guy employee there was on the phone. After several minutes he looked over and signalled he will be with us shortly. I nodded and waited………unfortunately after another several minutes he never got off the phone so we left and went to spend $35 at bar Burito (other end of plaza). Your lost and we have decided to STOP visiting this location as it does not deserve 1 cent from anyone. Subway should take their franchise away for making Subway look very bad!

I visited this place on weekend afternoon and they were a bit busy and there was only one guy working so I would say the service was a bit slow but the sandwich was as expected and the employee working there was nice and courteous and was doing his best. Also they do have plenty of space to have your lunch or dinner there and also the store was clean and well maintained too.

Need some education on cross contamination.every time I visit this store I have to indicate to them DO NOT CUT MY VEGGIE SANDWICH with the same knife you used to cut meat sandwiches. They have no COMMON SENSE.

I'm a vegetarian.

Today (March 3,2023,4: 20pm) I had to say it again and the little short boy want to give me attitude. These two who were there (4: 20pm) when I placed my order should find another job.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Came to subway late night after work, the employee was clearly high as a kite!
Used the wrong side of the knife to cut the bread and He literally forgot to add meat!

Always something with this location!

Iqbal the store owner is also impossible to get a hold of so that’s great

Worst store ever! All the woman service I have had there is just in desperate need to training. Take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, because the refuse to make them together, now my childbearing the most soggy sandwich. When I pointed that out to her, she said it was ok. I was having a problem with my gift card and she literally had to get someone else to let me try to use it again. It worked when the kid came out to let me try again. Never again, this location is so dirty to.

I’ve lived in the area for 15 years and this is the closest subway and let me tell you it’s always bad. And I’ll explain why, It’s because they cook the bread once and that’s it so if you order later in the day you’re getting hard dried out bread. The meatballs were so beyond bad that they turned black and had an extremely bitter taste to them and were hard as rock. They employees are nice people but it’s such a disgusting subway my god my stomach hurts writing this review.

I have been going here for years but I will not be going there again. Why? I was there last night and they have put set tips into their debit machines starting at 3.97. Now if I choose to tip -based on the service I get - I and I alone get to determine the amount I am going to tip. I did not tip because they did not get my order right as I ordered 1 - 12 in sub but instead received 2 so instead of making a fuss I bought the 2 subs but refused to tip. This system of expecting a tip is crass and very low class for businesses. I wonder are you expecting teens and young children to tip bc the way your store is set up it certainly looks it!
