Revamp Your Image, But the Tuna Tale Remains: Subway, you can change your logo, décor, and even your jingle, but let's talk about the elephant, or should I say, the mystery fish in the room. Despite the buzz in newspapers and even a nod from the company itself, it seems like the saga of the enigmatic 'mystery meat' tuna continues. Oh, I get it, there's a multi-million dollar franchise to protect. But really, are we still doing the whole smoke and mirrors routine? And let's not forget, this isn't a new trick - for over a decade, Subway has been serving up this aquatic mystery tour to the world. Great server behind the counter.
Always go to this subway because the staff is fun to chat with and she makes my sub exactly the way I ask.

Not only is this location unclean. The staff here are super unfriendly and rude. Will not be back.

Older lady working at this location is unbelievably slow and just looks like she doesn't want to be there. Unfortunate that customers have to pay for that. Do better, especially when Mr. Sub is down the street and Firehouse Subs is in town.

The staff was rude to my son (8 yrs old), threw a bag at us when we asked for one, provided no napkins, and tried to say it wasn't possible to upgrade our combo items from a juice box to fountain pop. Whoever was working during the day on May 10th for the lunch hour should undergo some customer service training, otherwise, she will only continue to treat customers poorly, providing a terrible experience, and ultimately resulting in the loss of customers. I know we won't be back to this location after this interaction.

Their Veggie Delight sandwich is awesome. They have multiple choices for bread and fillings. The staff was friendly and provided great service.

Picked up dinner on a rainy night. It was very busy and you could tell the ladies working were under pressure with in store customers and online orders. They remained friendly and the subs were made perfectly. Bread was fresh, ingredients were plentiful. Was given cookies because there was a long wait which was a nice surprise. Although not needed, it definitely made me feel cared about as a customer.

Very Bad customer service, I spent 64 dollars and she didn’t say bye or thanks to me… iam not satisfied with my order! How the way she makes!

Thank you so much for your hospitality. You might recognize me, I came in very late with another friend of mine at the end of the stores closing hours, and you still served me and I really appreciated that and still kept me inside and warm until I was able to warm up a bit. The food was also very delicious, and I was satisfied with my meal, and the chocolate milk was very good. I really appreciate the man that was sitting at the table and the lady at the front who was so caring and friendly. I will continue to visit this location, and am happy to know they provide good hospitality.

Went to get a sub on New Year’s Eve. Most friendly person was working and she was wonderful (sorry forgot to ask name). Sub was prepared just as we wanted it and friendly convo went a long way.

Food was fantastic and customer service just as good.

Bad experiance, Lady working didnot say hello or bye, she litterlly only said yeah yeah thats it, the food doesnot even looked fresh to me, worst subway experiance for me
