Khushi really made my whole experience at subway that much better. Subway is usually a quick, fast option but my interaction with Khushi was really exceptional customer service. Not to mention for the first time in a long time my sub was made so perfectly. Thank you!

Compared to other Subway stores this franchisee scrimps on the add ons: meagre pieces of spinach, a couple of olives and just a teeny bit of all else. Please sir, can we have some more?

Just got served by khushi she is doing absolutely amazing at what she is doing fast, clean and perfect.

Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. You guys are the worst subway. Maybe it's the owner, maybe it's the girl at night that is too busy with her chores to help you. " hang on let me sweep the whole store before I help. " Maybe it's the fact you barely get any meat at this location. Infact it's been twice now my sub feels as light as straight veggie. Will not return. Thanks for the lessons. Terrible.

Staff is always kind and upbeat! Khushi is always kind and friendly! She makes the sub correct, fresh and fast!

Closing time confusing on Sat.says 11pm on the outside door and on website.server says 10pm.if thats the case, update your info.please.
Cold cut sub bread was not fresh therefore disappointing. Thanks for making the 2 subs special order/ items.

I have received better, much more kind service from a snake. So rude, disappointing really.

The chicken bowl tasted great with the green goddess sauce & cheese, but the veg patty was soggy, did not taste fresh. Mozzarella Bella was a hit. The place was really crowded at night 9pm and it took a while to get our order done. There was only one person serving at that time and she was really quick at her job. Enough seating area and it’s maintained clean.

Worst service. I went for veggie sandwich and I was asking for assistance to help me decide vegetables and sauces, which turned into rude replies in conversation from the employee. After that, I asked for ketchup and owner threw absurd statement saying I own the place and we don’t carry ketchups.

Amazing experience! We ordered a large batch for our MS staff and we had such great service. Everything was done well and done with a smile. We will be back. Thank you:)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting what I can confidently say is the best Subway restaurant I've ever encountered. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by warm smiles and an atmosphere that felt inviting. The standout feature of this establishment, without a doubt, was the incredible employees.

The service was pretty bad at this place, they seemed like they were offering the food for free and please take it and go. The food was ok but the service ruined the experience.

Overall a good experience and the owner and employees talked with us in a nice way. I will recommend this subway to visit.

Worst experience, rude service by the staff, they served us uncooked food and when we show them they are giving back answers and rude words by the owner his name is Lalit.

Good customer service. Owner of the restaurant has very welcoming and kind nature. Clean restaurant and fresh food served. Eventhough there was a long customer queue, we were welcomed with smile and served with patience. Definitely a go to place near grand bend beach.

Have been to many subways but this was the absolute worst subway ever. Majority of the 4,5 stars here should be from bots. I don’t think a normal human being would rate this 5 stars. Absolute disaster!

Kushi's service at Subway was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made sure that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. She was very patient as I made my sandwich selections and even gave me great recommendations on what toppings to add. Kushi also kept the restaurant clean and sanitized while attending to all customers with the utmost care. Thanks to her excellent service, I had a delicious and enjoyable meal at Subway. I highly recommend this location for their amazing service, especially with Kushi on the team!
