Very rude lady staff on Jan 18,2024 at 18: 30 pm.
She needs to learn costumer service.
I had to go another Subway.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub with 4 different sauces. Got a sorry excuse of a sub with no cheese and no sauce and no pesto after paying $4 extra for pesto. Picture for reference. Thanks for a mindblowing sub. Will never order again.

Honestly some of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this location. They never have the bathroom open and they claim it’s “out of order” but it’s only because they just don’t want to clean it at the end of the night. Also, I went here and he asked me if I wanted my sub toasted and I said yes. He literally put my sub in the microwave. So I asked him if he did he said “yes the toaster is broken”. He did not tell me or anything and who chucks a sub in the microwave to get soggy. Absolutely brutal stuff

The staff are nice enough, and the food is okay. But they close the bathroom and won't let anyone use it even if you are a customer.
In my opinion bathrooms are a basic necessity and should be open as long as the restaurant is open

The inconsistency and the removal of sweet onion sauce. I am no longer a consumer. I tried other combinations and truly the sweet onion was what set you apart in my eyes. Mr. Sub has honey mustard and it's doing the trick. Your laziness to just slap teriyaki and sweet onion together is disgusting. It is not a nice flavor combination.

In entire GTA, only this subway is not allowing thier customers to use washroom if you need to go. No humanity. Rather to go here, don't give them business. Stay away.

It's one of the worst subway locations.

They put very little in the sandwiches.

Go to another location. This location will just rip you off.

Very pleasant experience with friendly and helpful service that included very nicely prepared sub foods

Yesterday we visited for the first time.had a great time and food as well. Excellent service by the boy name Rohan. Thank you for serving so well man.

The employees are worse specially the guy name saurav he didn't know how make sub and just put the trainee in front didn't do nothing just use phone, then suddenly came and tell you can't grill whereas all the subway do.worst subway experience

Haven't thought that Subway will reduce their dressing options to just 1 instead of minimum 3 before. Don't know if they are planning to shut down the business or ignoring the customer satisfaction part.

Worst Subway Sandwich Artist ever!
Specially the girl who works in evening.
If you ask for extra veggies or extra sauce she gets offended and gives double extra which really makes the sandwich worst. Happened five times with me. If you complain about it they say we made according to you.

I ordered some takeout, but I forgot to choose some vegetables in my salad. The waiter helped me choose some vegetables and I thought the service was wonderful. Have a Nice Day！

I arrived 15mins before the closure time but the subway was closed. The guy working inside first ignored me. I keep on knocking the door. Then, he looked at me and came out. I asked him that there is still time left for closure. He said he already closed the POS so the transaction will not go through. This is totally unfair. Subway should look into this.

Went there this morning for a breakfast at about 9.22am got a sub and a drink there were all flies in my drink informed the attendant he so casually answered ok throw that and refill it i said there r flies in it how can i refill the same thing he says this is what it is. He turned around and walked away
