The girl name Ayushi is the rudest worker i ever got experienced with. She really needs to learn communication skills with coworkers. She was extremely rude and it was so loud that we could hear her speaking. She was yelling on the guy who helped us. This js ridiculous. I noticed this is third review on her. So it better someone takes some level of accountability from her. She cannot talk like this with anyone around her.

Food is sub par, staff seem unhappy and uninterested in there job. Worst of all is there non existing customer support. The app needs major overhaul so as to not scam customers out of money.

4 online orders- asked for no cores got tomatoes pictured and worse. The time before they were brown

One order was the turkey bacon and they didn't include bacon. When I called to complain they told me to drive across the city with my sandwichs so they could add bacon

Then another online order I asked for extra pickles. I received 4 pickles on the entire sandwich

Half the time there's a 5-6 person line up and only one person working while the second person is in the back avoiding customers.

Manager doesn't do anything to satisfy customer complaints and their mistakes. Avoid this place and definitely don't bother to place orders online. It is obvious these people are not capable of reading English. They truly suck really bad.

When the employee added sauce to my sandwich she added ALOT of mayo, like 4 lines worth. I asked her to remake it… I thought that was understood.she proceeded to take paper towel from the back and blot my sandwich.when I expressed that was not okay she then took more paper towel to remove all veggies, expecting the smushed bread to suffice.call me a Karen I don’t care. Im autistic, have texture/tactile issues and this was highly unprofessional. In the end she made it right, so I’m thankful for that. But the fact that she manhandled my sandwich and expected it to be okay is baffling.

Had a really good experience here today, the classic sandwich that I ordered was prepared perfectly and delicious as I expected from Subway!
The staff was nice and friendly, the place was clean and well-maintained

I have to say this location is clean, the staff are so friendly, and go above and beyond! They have everything ready to go, and fresh as early as 9: 30! The earlier you go the fresh hot bread you’ll get! I always choose this location!

I have been a customer at this place for a long time, however, today I had a displeasure experience, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. It's evident that the two employees working today had absolutely no clue about how to provide decent customer service. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience to steer clear of this Subway location until they educate and improve their staffing and service quality.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse range of fresh ingredients to choose from. Got non toasted sub they warmed up the meat as usual but the meat still frozen i said your oven might be broken chicken is still cold they didn’t do anything about

Sunday dinner rush. This location has one guy working. He's a nice guy, working hard, but because he's rushing to do the next order. The sandwhiches are lacking. Hardly any bread ready, just white. Because he's the only one here. Managers/Owners should feel embarrassed.

I was waiting for my order which I ordered online and I asked one of the female employee (Indian) how long is it gonna take and she was extremely rude and asked me to cancel the order!

Ordered two meatball footlongs, and both of them were filled with burned meatballs. Clearly nobody stirred the meatballs as 50 % of the meatball was burned and hard. Both subs. Unfortunate.

Worst experience ever. The girl named Aayushi is so rude, I mean they should teach their employees how to talk nicely with customers, I won’t ever visit this location just because of this worst customer service.

I’ve been to this spot a couple times in the last few months and most times there is a young man working alone or with one other.

Tonight, there was 1 employee working and we were inside the restaurant for 20 - 30 minutes. There was a line up which was fine by us as it was post dinner time. We were more unimpressed that he was working alone and there were not additional staff to help clean or serve. The gentleman working was very kind and apologetic for the wait. We even asked him if he wanted to take a minute for self, before serving us, as we witness how speedy, yet efficient he was. He declined and then made our subs with care.

I hope management can provide extra hands on deck during weekend rushes, lunches and dinner times to ensure less stress on staff, cleaner spaces to sit and eat and less waiting in line.

My son and I went in for a quick dinner between hockey games. The staff was not friendly. We were told we could not get a fountain drink with our combos because they had no lids. We were forced to pay more for bottled drinks. After we received our order, I went to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn’t because they were closed.

Had a meatball sub there today, and it was amazing! The people were both super nice. Definitely goin back soon.

They were so dismissive SO AFTER I PAYED Almost $8. For my sub. Only to have to wait till I get ho.e to eat it because I have remake the interest sub myself unless I want bread for lunch. I mentioned it only to get laughed at. Very rude. Never going back I will also share a copy of this review on my Facebook page to make dawn sure my friends won't dine here either.

All Tables were dirty.and no employee took enough effort to clean after every time used by customer.

The staff here are really lovely! I was informed that staff do not get their tips (At least when you tip through the debit machine) which is really disappointing as they do work really hard.

Was very impressed with the customer service! I had to ask his name. Thank you for your excellent service Vargil! So nice to see.

Service was good and subs were ready for my curbside pickup but when we got home the other was wrong and the bread was so hard and stale.
