Not that crazy about this location just don't like the dining area setup I went there when it was hot out and they had the inside door removed I'm assuming to try and kool it of alil bit because there was no air conditioning and there was Flies buzzing around. Not very appealing for your appetite. Then I ordered a newer signature sandwich they were promoting and when I unwraped it probably only 10mins after it was made the entire bottom half of it was soggy, mushy I couldn't even eat it if I wanted to! But I have been there recently again now that it's cold out and the door is at least shut and its not 300 Degrees in there. I ordered a familar favorite this time, a ham and turkey sandwich and it was really good and it seemed clean inside and toppings were kept covered in between making sandwiches which is a big deal to me so that was comforting to see. Hopefully they get some AC in there before summer hits again because I'd like to continue to go there.

Very bad experince with old lady she called herself manager here, she dont know how to speak and behave with customer.

I placed my order online which was very easy and a good experience but that was the only positive experience I had. We went to pick up the subs and on the bag they were labeled correctly but when I got home to eat they were made wrong. I got a Cunuck classic and an Italian BMT. The Cunuck Classic was made the exact same was as the Italian BMT and not made the way we had chosen it to be made. And the Italian BMT was missions the cucumbers pickles and onions.

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service. It was a waste of my time and money to have to call back and get my order fixed. The girl who picked up was extremely rude telling me I was wrong. What happened to the customer is always right? I had to tell her I wanted them remade properly and the way they were ordered. The only thing right about my order was the drinks.

I do not recommend this subway the customer service is terrible. If you call stating they made a mistake be prepared for the girl to tell you that no it wasn’t a mistake and try and fight with you on who is right.

The bread was burned but it was okay.my issue was with the older lady serving me. I never write reviews on anywhere but I had to write this one, she seemed so rude and unwelcoming to be there from the moment I walked in.when she said something I didn't hear, I said "huh" and she said "it's pardon" in the most annoyed way.there are many other reviews complaining about a lady and I'm 100% sure it's this same one.

To the owner of this place.
You own 3 other subways. You should not let your toaster sit un repaired for weeks. This proves your lazy or not smart. Thank you for making my choice easy to go somewhere else where they care about the customer not just the money.

Poor kid at the Huron church location was completely slammed and alone on shift. He did a fantastic job but they should really schedule more than one person at dinner time

I recently had a terrible experience at Subway. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, but when I got home and opened the container, there was no chicken in it!

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service. How can a restaurant like Subway mess up such a simple order? It was a waste of my time and money to have to call back and get my order fixed. He didn't even pick the call up for the first 5 calls & then spoke rudely

To make matters worse, the staff was not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care that they had made a mistake and didn't offer any kind of compensation or apology. It was a completely unacceptable experience.

Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Subway. The fact that they couldn't even get a basic order right and had poor customer service only added to my disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality meal and service.
50$ for someone who can find chicken in it.

Service was fast and friendly. Fish was pretty good but I was disappointed that I was given cheap packages of tartar sauce. Coleslaw was kinda bland but it might be because I was there rather early in the day.

I ordered online of 2 6 inch veggie patty subs and 1 drink by subway application. Restaurant accepted my order without making sure that they were run out of veggie Patties. They didn't even check that we don't have any patties left, they confirmed my order and they called me that we don't have vaggie patty so I can make your subs without patty. I denied because it costs very low as compared to veggie patty. And I don't like without patty I paid for patties. I told make us vaggie bowl insted of subs. Manager refused and behaved very rude. I told her that if u have nothing to make than why you accept my order and she told rudely that you can cancel order. I replied that there is no way in the application to cancel order from myside and she also told we also don't have any option to cancel it. So You can contact customer care. Even though I didn't have time to do arguments and had to reach by 10 pm and drive 200 km. I agreed to save time and to close arguments that please make me subs without patty. I faced inconvenience and still I got disgusting sub with less vaggies and sauces. Bread was not fresh, very old. It was like rubber, chiewngum. Can't even chew. It was horrible. I will not recommend subway to anyone in the future.you have to care about your customers and give them fresh food and good service. But I got exactly opposite. I didn't expect this much bed. Really very disappointing it is. I want my refund as I complaint second time about the same outlet.but I don't know why and how subway customer service ignore my complaint. Take my complaint seriously and solve my problem.
