Subway

One of the recetly recruited staff members happens to be very rude with customers. She behaved in extremely arrogant manner with me and prepared my sandwich with such an attitude that I didnt even feel like taking it home. I requested her one day to make one footlong instead of two six inches of the same type and I was refused straightaway. That was a much easier option for them to do. Another day the same lady over grilled my sandwich.

Express pick up…… don’t waste your time you will end up hungry! The 3 ladies couldn’t figure out how to make 4 subs 2 of which were veggie subs I stood there for 20 mins after the app told me food was ready for pick up! And they couldn’t figure it I had to walk away

Subway is almost always good. Your workers were trying their best but things were slow. Not their fault, it seemed like they were just new. Maybe need new trainers or management needs help? Not upset here, just trying to help.

Wow, if you you think making a sandwich is hard no wonder your working here. Like every sub I get looks like my children made it and I eat it to keep them happy. Man I miss subway.

We did an online order and normally the food is great and so is the service. Unfortunately this time it was really bad we didn’t get the bread we ordered.they left off sauce and the sandwiches were assembled like hot dogs so they were nearly impossible to eat. Really disappointed overall.

Friendly staff and they make your sub the way you want it. Most subways cheap out on the veggies with a veggie sub, but these guys don't!

In for the weekend for a derby game and they were very rude. Saw us come in and we waited a while to be told they had no buns. Went back in for a salad and she rolled her eyes. Very rude and ignorant. Never coming to this location again. Maybe she shouldn't make sandwiches or salads if it's too much work. No reason to roll her eyes like a 5 year old.

Kerry was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered at this location. Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk to.

Got food poisoning 10/10 would not recommend and all other negative reviews are absolutely true.

As everyone else is mentioning in reviews staff is horrible and only reason i chose subway was for vegetarian option, they didn’t even change the gloves for vegetarian sandwich. Now I can’t eat my sandwich because all I smell is meat. Waste of 16$

I can't understand what most of the employees are saying or asking and it has a very strong smell of body order

3rd update:
What kind of joke is this subway restaurant?
I’ve been to worst subway restaurants in my life but this one is worst then worst ever. Thought should give it a try again (usually i go to port elgin subway) so
Placed an order through app.
Got notification that order is ready at 6.25pm. Went there 6: 30 my sandwich was still on the white prep board. Understood they were busy so don’t mind to wait but it was there for 12 minutes after toast then what is the meaning for toasted. I don’t mind to wait but at least cx should get fresh food that’s what they says eat fresh.
Moreover, I’ve placed two separate orders of veggies patties because last time I mentioned that please mark one of them as one was for friend. This time after placing two separate orders they put still in same bag without labeling.

Finally got sandwiches after sitting down 12 minutes in white prep board at 6.45pm and that was cold sandwiches.

I think This store runs by employees only OWNER SHOULD dig into that. Either change management or ownership or make it right. It’s only one subway location in kincardine that why OWNERS wouldn’t care.

Done with this subway restaurant.

2nd update: went there yesterday at 8pm and it was closed and one of employee was outside waiting for ride and she told me they close at 7pm now. At least update the hours online.

I’m a big fan of subway and this place is ok but not the top notch.

Everyone that works here have the worst attitude. Do not expect to be treated Kindly or with respect. Store owner must treat the staff horribly because staff look and act miserable. Every time I go in there. This is not a one time experience. This is a once a month for the last two year’s experience. Cross contamination is strong. Use ungloved hands to place paper on board, touch knives, cooler lids, then glove up to retouch everything. If there was another sub option in town I’d go there but instead I continue to take my chances of getting sick when I need something quick that isn’t McDonald’s or Tim’s. Worst subway around. Running joke around the office is how bad was their service whenever one of us visits. Owner should be ashamed of their establishment

Tried a new Canadian smokey bacon and ham. It was great but service was slow. Still worth going there.

I was at this subway today around 3.30 pm it was not busy and the one server was ok the mature woman looked like she was having the worse day of her life and the guy on cash was bored to death, leaning on the counter. Not one smile amongst them. Nothing cheerful about this visit.

Well first off, it took the girl serving me 32 seconds to get her gloves on. Had no idea where the Tuna was or what kind of bread was what. No idea how to spread the Tuna. Couldn't get the cheese apart. Was more concerned with what the girl behind me was taking about than my order. The day before I was in and a foot long Tuna was 11.05. Today it was 11.18. Something wrong there.
