Terrible owners, only having 1 staff on a busy shift, extremely long waits as same person was taking online orders and walk in. The place needs a proper overhaul. Subway needs to up their game big time

The wait times on a friday are horrendous, they need to hire more people to keep up with the line up

Horrible service, waited more than 10mins and still didn't even get serve. We've been ignored and it seems like online delivery was more important. Do not recommend this location.

The sandwich as usual tasted amazing. Saravjeet was just amazing. He made sure to make my sandwich based on my preference and was friendly in nature.

Went there on Saturday to buy a meal around noon, there were two ladies working, big open sign on but they said they wont be able to serve us for atleast half an hour because they have big order. Worst customer service.

The girl in morning servers costumers very politely, I guess her name is piya or maybe priya.
Really appreciate her.

Every single time before 1 pm this location gives tough bread.they forget items (I don't know how low your IQ has to be to mess up a combination of 1 sandwich 1drink and 1 bag of chips) recently we all started trying Mr sub. They actually care about customers.

This subway was so busy they ran out of bread. How do you not manage your par levels and not notice you are running out of bread? Be proactive and know your stock. I’m assuming they had one person working like they always do and that one person didn’t have time to make bread. Imagine McDonald’s running out of beef? The core menu item is bread and this is something that should never ever run out. Ever.

Was very dirty. All tables garbage on floor sign in window falling off. Even picture beside was dirty. Window above food to order was dirty. I don't even every post but was so suprize a subway can be this dirty.

The girl who works nights is so unbelievably slow at her job you need to have to people working due to her work ethic it’s ridiculous I come in and I’m waiting 20 mins just for her to get to me

What is going on with Subway, ordering online for pickup is like playing spin the wheel, you'll never know if you'll get what you paid for. This is not the first time, different locations and this time it was here, paid extra for double meat and double cheese and they missed it, the order was ONE sub only, how can it be missed, it's written down for them when they do it! Even tipped 15%.
This is very disappointing. Receipt shows the extra and the charges for it. Shame on me for not checking before driving away and wasting time gas and money.

This lady gave me attitude and rolled her eyes when i mentioned my allergy don’t recommend this lady should be unemployed

Worst experience, they don't check the description and do not make the food according to that. Their customer service is so bad, make the customer feel disgusting. I'm purely vegetarian but they send me sub which includes chicken in it and the drink was also wrong. Absolutely disgusting

I don’t understand why this location doesn’t answer their phone. Me and my coworker order off skip and you need to contact restaurant directly with allergies. First time, they took multiple rings to get through to and the girl didn’t seem to understand when I said severe allergy as she completely overlooked what I said. Second time their phone is off the hook. Do you guys want to be responsible for someones death? ANSWER THE PHONE
