GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY LOCATION. THIS IS A Horrible Subway. The ladies washroom was locked so was told to use the men's washroom which was absolutely filthy. Why run a restaurant if your washroom facilities are filthy? This is how germs spread. Furthermore, the grill to grill sandwiches hasn't been working for months. Should have been fixed or replaced by now. Worst subway but they have a good location so that's why they are probably still in business.

I was at the location by Kennedy and Lawrence last night at 10: 30 pm (they close at 11) and I ordered a footlong veggie for my wife.as the lady was preparing the food, I was trying to decide what I wanted, after about 2 minutes and the first sandwich not even being completed, the lady working told me to hurry up with my other order. I was shocked and thought she was joking.but she wasn't.she said I need to hurry up with my order as if I was keeping her from finishing. This type of rude, ignorant customer service is becoming way to Normal and it makes me sick even thinking about it. I wasn't in there 5 minutes before closing, and I was being very pleasant but this interaction completely ruined my day. She was rude and didn't care at all about what she said. It was unprofessional and I really didn't even want to buy the first sub at that point but I did because my wife was hungry. I just don't understand what is happening anymore with customer service. She acted as if I was keeping her from closing and it was my fault that I didn't have my order ready immediately. I will never go back there and I truly hope they go out of business because they shouldn't be able to treat customers this way and still operate a franchise. They need better training and some sort of common courtesy. It was truly a horrible experience and completely ruined my day. She should be ashamed of herself and removed from any position that allows her to interact with customers. It's a real shame that this is accepted these days but the way she made me feel was absolutely horrible and I did not deserve that. Also I didn't end up getting anything for myself so she also lost the business additional money. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I'd even go as far as telling people about my experience just to defer others to go there as well! And $4 extra for some guacamole is ridiculous

Great usual test of Subway. I enjoyed the herb bread. It was an amazing mouth-watering meal.

Worst ever the girl is there is not informing us dinning is closed and even she is making subway in irritating mood we are paying for she is not giving subway free of cost worst subway experience close store it would be better for other customers.

Last night I went to this store and the person working at the store was not at all willing to serve customers and on the other hand, she had long nails and no hair net while preparing the food. I would want to give 0 stars for the service and the untidy person at the store if possible.

Bathroom is never available. Slow service. Skimpy on the vegetables. Never bread varieties available. Inflated prices and an as for tip when they cut corners.
Go down the street and eat at Kathy’s. It’s 100x better and cheaper.

The worst subway I ever visited. Manager closed the washroom on purpose which is disrespect to the customers. Additionally, the ladies are so greedy to put vegetables. Stat away from this cave!

The slogan is 'Subway eat fresh' keep in mind. I'll be contacting Subway Headquarters about this incident, with the recorded video I showed you (the sandwich artist).

At 10: 15am, I walk in and order a breakfast meal for $15. The lady (a sandwich artist lmao) clearly had vegetables out from the night before, which did not look fresh. Mushy tomatoes, mess along the sides of the tin, missing toppings. I decide to choose what is safe as I was extremely hungry.

While sitting at the table and moments before finishing my breakfast sandwich, a ROACH falls from the ceiling onto the floor. I IMMEDIATELY start recording, then show the lady (sandwich artist) the video. I request a refund, but she says it's "not our responsibility" and "it's not like the roach was in the food".

I still have the video to show headquarters. You probably thought because I didn't argue, that it was over. It is not.

Simply because of her attitude, I will not let this go. Had she simply provided my refund, I might not have written this review, or showed the video to Subway headquarters and Toronto public health. Nonetheless, I will show this video to public health and whoever else will listen. Subway is in shambles.

15 dollars is too much to spend, to eat unfresh vegetables and watch a roach skydive from the ceiling.

I came in today it's March 20,2022. I wanted to change my drinks she gave me the large cups and I asked her if she could give me the small ones but she was too lazy to make the change for me. There was no one here but me and my daughter she could have returned me the money and given me the smaller cups. Bad customer service.

I would have understood if it was busy but there is literally no one here. On top of that she's just talking on her phone.

Most disgusting location I've been to. To echo another customer on here, they hardly provide adequate portions for the sandwiches, I was asked if I wanted a small or large rice wrap, and they only come one size. The person barely knew had to make it, and if it had 4 strips of chicken I'd probably be exaggerating! When I asked for additonal or extra of a topping, one or 2 was added.
Then I needed to use the washroom. The women's was locked and not in use, so I had to use the mens. It was so filthy and disgusting, garbage was overflowing and there was no toilet paper in sight! Thank god I carry kleenex with me! Avoid this dump at all costs.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is the WORST subway I’ve ever been to. They cheap out on every topping and meat and the sand which was disgusting. The employees were rude and had no idea what there are doing. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

2nd worst subway I have ever been to the worst was in Hamilton. They want to change 5 cents for a take out bag. Cut tomatoes in half to give you less. Drink selection is poor. Please go somewhere else.

I have a horrible experience here i bought one sub and after that i did the survey so they supoosed to get me free cookie or drink but the lady employee didn’t give me anything so i bought one small fountain drink and after that something wrong happend with the machine so i didn’t get my drink and lady never give me refund

This subway never has spinach, and when asking for lettuce they give you so little, they are like this with all toppings. I will not go to this location ever again.
