The girl was so rude as if we were there for free food
Quantity of the toppings they add are also way less than what we usually get from other subways.
Won’t recommend.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location about 4 times now and i’m thoroughly disappointed.the first couple of times they took over an hour to prepare my order.i get they can be busy sometimes but it really is just a sandwich.subways can sometimes be inconsistent so when my 2nd order came lacking many toppings i figured it was a one off.but today my order is brutal.took an hour to prepare and when i received it my 6 inch sub has a total of 2 slices of turkey on it, someone clearly sliced the bread in half incorrectly because it’s much smaller than any 6 inch i’ve had before, and the 3 pieces of spinach is just sad.i will never be ordering from this location again.seems like when it’s a delivery order they don’t put an ounce of effort in.

One of the best Subways restaurant. I go there often, the workers are always super nice and the food is always fresh and exactly like I want it

Great service. They served very good quality and quantity of sub. They serve fresh breads and cookies i like that most.

Tried this location multiple times while visiting Ottawa and I highly recommend for a quick bite if you are in a rush!
Clean store, food and veggies display are clean and organize! My sub was great, staff were very friendly& quick!
Will be visiting again, keep it up guys

Everything you'd expect from a subway, quick service, standardized sandwiches, and quite a few sitting options. It was quiet when we went.

Pretty bad customer service to say the least. Constantly put very little food in the sandwich, didn't listen to what I wanted in my food, tried toasting my food when I never said anything about toasting, the paper wrap had disgusting brown paint marks all over it, his indian accent made him difficult to understand (which is fine if he was cooperative, but he wasn't).

After looking at some of the reviews I think this location used to be good but not anymore (or the reviews are bought).
