The subway was really great and well cooked. The veggies were fresh and tasty. Sauces tasted amazing which were suggested by the lady in the staff at subway. I would highly recommend everyone to visit there and have that great experience like mine. Also, not only the food, but also the hygiene was up to the mark. Would love to visit again:)

The new sub menu is horrible. You can delete an item but they charge you to put extra items. Subway is going downhill massively.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Ask for the cheese to be put on the side and was told no everything has to go on the sub. They were out of bags and no salads could not ad to anything. Cant believe the customer service was so un-professional. The staff requires so people skills training

At 4: 15pm today I went for an early dinner with my 9 year old daughter. We each ordered a 6” sub and got one combo. Since they didn’t have my preferred fountain drink I choose a bottled drink from the fridge instead. With chips this cost $20. I asked if I could take a small fountain cup to share the drink with my daughter, and the employee said “no” in a very unpleasant manor. I complied and we sat down to eat. After considering how much I spent and how we would share the drink, I got up and helped myself to the smallest cup. She came back and forcefully began to argue with me that I needed to put it back. I said I’d pay her for the cup if it was such a big deal and she said it was $2.60. At this point I said I would not pay such a high price, and only took the bottled drink because they only had 3 choices for fountain drinks, none of which I liked, and that I was simply going to share my drink with my daughter, not steal a fountain drink. She angrily demanded that I could not take the cup and needed to pay for it. I suggested that she stop fighting with me over something so small if she wanted me to continue being a customer. Another customer heard this interaction and diffused the situation by requesting her order. I am a regular Subway customer and have no intentions of cheating them out of money. But this kind of customer service is unacceptable.

I went to grab lunch here with my wife and I parked directly beside the building in the parking lot. As I walked out of my car moving toward the entrance, some lady wearing a reflective vest started shouting from her car "Hey! Hey! Hey! I'm talking to you! Don't park here unless you want to get towed! ". Needless to say, we got back in the car and left.

Not sure what use a parking lot is that exists in the same plaza as the business you're there to visit. Maybe there should be signs specifying where you're allowed to park. Wouldn't recommend based on the experience.

In reply to the owner's response, I understand where you are coming from, however, I feel the plaza in which the restaurant resides is part of the experience. I tried to enter your establishment and was rebuked by an overzealous parking attendant. Although I can't truely comment on quality of service or food, the atmosphere was unpleasant which resulted in me not entering the restaurant. This experience ultimately was a loss of revenue for your franchise. I still would not go back to or recommend anyone visit this particular location. I would rather go to another location where I won't be accosted in the parking lot when trying to enter the restaurant and encourage others to do so as well if they want a pleasant dining experience.

My friend went to pick up some food from your store. When she came to my place she had something totally different than I thought she was bringing. When she told me her story I looked on your mobile ordering. FYI cheese is one of the options (for no extra charge) to pick to put on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It is odd that you would lose a somewhat regular customer over a pinch of cheese. She informed me that the regular girl (who is very nice btw) there always put cheese on it (as well as all the other locations). Very disappointed.
