Ordered 4 different foot long subs and all came different than what I’ve ordered. Not toasted and no cheese on all of them.

New menu is not customer friendly.portions have gotten smaller in size.employees skimped on the cheese.had to tell employee taking my order 4 times what I wanted as she was not paying attention at all

I ordered a sub for delivery and when I received it my bread was in pieces. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it! When I called I was told that it's just the way the bread is and they would call me back. I never received a call back.

Been here a few times, always get my order wrong. Today made it worse by having a line of 10 people and only 1 employee making sandwiches while the other 3 stood around.
