Subway

I bought meatball sub few weeks ago, it gave me stomach pain. I bought veggie delight yesterday and got stomach pain again. I think the food is probably rotten or it is lack of hygiene. Never going back again.

It was worst experience ever in a Subway today. Manager should notice this review. I came in around 12: 30 PM today (June 18). There were 2 girls working. They were making Subs for a couple with 2 kids. Also, making online order at the same time. What I noticed, no greeting on first place. Then, I waited 8-10 minutes, then it was my turn, I ordered veggie patty 6 inch multi grain. The girl was nice but here is what happened: The girls were not wearing hair net, she started my order in the middle of the online order which was non-veg with other girl who was making it and Sub making line was very dirty, looked unsanitized. Even the grossest thing was she used same gloves as she made Turkey and Ham subs for the couple in previous order. She toasted only 22 seconds. Then, she added veggie according to my choice. When she was adding sauces, she was tapping the bottle on the dirty line, the veggies and garbage on the line was sticking with sauce bottle and dropping into my Sub. I felt bad. Also, the time of wrapping my Sub, she was directly wrapping it into the outermost wrapper. She forgot to use the white paper wrapper on which she made Sub. Then she realized it, she again used the same white wrap and then outer wrap and finally fixed the mistake. I wonder if there's anyone to supervise. I wonder how the things will be in the backroom, sinks, utensils and other important things. Then, using the same gloves touching on the monitor to Punch my order. I am vegetarian person. I felt that much disturbed and miserable that I thought to throw the Sub in garbage and leave. But as I should not disrespect the food, that's being served to me, I smiled and said thank you for making efforts for making my food today. It was not that busy to make such mistakes. Manager should notice these things. If a customer orders veggie patty, then they should take care. It's a rule that they should change their gloves before starting the new order. They were nice but these are serious mistakes. It's an audit fail.

This location has employees that lack enthusiasm and interest in their job. Better to try the other Subway location in town.

Had to wait for them to make about 15 subs for online orders, I guess coming to the store isn’t as important,
Ended up leaving, will not be back to this location,
Customer service = trash

Subs were good, a little light on the items which I find is usual for this location.the girls seemed like they didn't really want to be there.but did their best to be pleasant.overall ok but I try and go to the other location in strath near shoppers.
Latest couple of visits have been much better, staff seem more genuinely pleasant and seem to be putting more toppings on without asking.
Love the tzatziki!

As you can see in the photo attached, the subs we received from this store were about the width of 3 fingers. The sub width was so small that barely any of the toppings fit into the sandwich, and there was barely any bacon (this was a turkey bacon sub). It is one thing to raise prices by 25% - 50% over a 2 year period but it is quite another to offer a sub that is almost half the width of what they used to be. Considering this cost over 12$ (not including taxes) this is an absolute rip off and another great example of the shrinkflation Canada has been allowing to happen through greedy corporations and franchises. Subway should be ashamed of themselves and we will no longer be giving them our business.

I just went to the subway and gentleman working behind the counter was amazing. He managed a busy rush perfectly while also making a delicious sub!

This one is the best in Strathroy find the one by shoppers drug Mart on my gosh we saw somebody blows their nose into their glove basically wiped their face and then do someone's sandwich recommend coming to this one behind the whatever restaurant there.

Zoe carries both locations, they're NOT paying her enough. Fantastic service considering staffing issues. People could be more considerate, don't like it? Make your own f**king sandwich.

I’m not sure who is working tonight Friday November 25@615om but she rocked it.
We ordered 6 subs and she was the only person working…to me that is a safety issue having only one employee working
She was calm and made our subs with lots of toppings.
This employee deserves a big recognition for doing it all on her own.

Always a nice stop when I'm hungry and in Strathroy, the staff are very friendly and do a great job making the Subs we choose

I hate complaining but the efforts on younger work generation is crazy.
Went in for 8: 15 was told there is 1 piece of bread. Ok. When will more be ready. We're not making any we close soon. Do you not open until 11? Yes but we clean. Lol horrible
