Subway

I ordered veggie subs on the app selected green olives. Got 0 green olives on my subs. The person who made the subs didn't even advise me that there were no green olives or that they seem to be discontinued in the area.

I came here on Friday, Manu served me, she was lovely and made my sub to perfection. She’s the best!

I went this subway last saturday with my family. Neat and clean store with amazing customer service. They serve very delicious sandwiches. I recommend this subway to everyone.

Went to a Subway after many years, and the person at the counter was helpful in making the sandwich that I wanted even though it was not on the displayed menu.

Very rude staff, I ask very politely can i have a chicken sub and she replied anything else, i mean what and after adding lettuce she said is that all, no i said onion please and she again said any thing else and closed the sub I asked for can I get grilled she said grill is not working, dear owner please change the staff. I am never returning again at this place

Manpreet and J are awesome always make the beet salad always have a smile on their face when me and my mom come in. We literally look forward to getting our usual salad and sometimes the odd sidekick when I’m really hungry! Best customer service, best food, always have the best toppings DELIVER 100% every time! No complains. My favourite subway EVER…

I love subway bcz alots of choices fr eati love freash mozzarella. I recommend it. All staff members are very polite nd very fast service.

As other reviews here is worst customer service, here is indian girl just full of negative ego and don't know how to serve customer. Just suggesting to them if you don't like work please stay home and give chance to someone else or leave this kind attitude at home in these days.

Ordered 3 foot longs and a wrap. Got 2 soggy footlongs and a cookie saying sorry we are out of veg patties. Just imagine how they decided that cookie is a fair replacement for a missing foot long. No refund given, no one called to offer anything. I called 3 times and no one answered. So I post here. Hope they fix soon. This used to be my favourite neighbourhood sub stop

Me and My Wife went to this subway and This subway is very nice and helpful and two workers, one skinny women and another boy were very nice and I LOVE THIS SUBWAY!

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY! Most cleanest subway in Kitchener, great service, the workers are amazing, they were very nice, fresh food and workers always smiling. I go there 3-4 times a week this subway is amazing!

About 10 minutes ago, I went in to order and I was met with extremely bad customer service. She would not talk or when she does so spoke really quietly. She would also barely put any vegetables on the sandwich. It ruined my experience.

I went in at 2pm on 07/17 and I could hear someone in the back on their phone having a personal call, she came out to say "One second". I left at 2: 10 and was not served nor did I see her again, but again, could hear her laughing on the phone and chatting with someone.

I used to really enjoy my interactions with the staff at this location, but the new hires are cold, unfriendly and clearly do not care about the job. I will not be going back for a long time.

The girl working today (July 9th) 12: 30pm. Was very rude, literally threw my food across the counter. Please train your people adequate customer service you DONT throw peoples food. When I said “why you throwing my food” she just gave a dirty look.

This was my all time subway branch until today. I was always going there for breakfast subs and loved it. But unfortunately today when subway rep Miss Mannu was making subway for me and wife, upon asking to put some extra spinach / veggies we were told, directions from owner to cut down on veggies on subs as they are expensive and costs are going up. I was always welcomed in this subway with another rep Mr Jitendar and always treated us like family and without hesitation made amazing subways but today’s experience was not a good one. I respect policy from subway management about 6 pieces veggies which was told to me, but if customers cant be happy with service from reps because of a small difference in veggies.customer experience will always go down.

I normally always give every store 5 stars with no doubt but today was one poor experience. I think this subway has lost 9 regular customers including us and family today which might not be a big deal but going further if customer based on ethnicity are treated in different ways, then regular people, thats unfair

It was really bad feeling today upon hearing the statement (owner had asked to cut down veggies in subway), why even i came here to spend my money for 2 footlong.

Worst customer service ever received. The girl there is so arrogant and disrespectful, she didn’t put enough sauces in my sandwich it was too dry and the pop had less gas than usual. Will never recommend to anyone. Just go to any other subway in Waterloo you will get great customer service.

Firstly, I have been a regular customer with this store from last 5 years. On March 03,2023, I bought 3 chicken teriyakis footling and one veggie patty sub. Upon reaching home, I found the chicken to be uncooked as it was raw. I called the store and the girl who prepared the order answered that you can come to the store now and we can change it. As it was a storm day, I asked her if I can come sone other day and she said she needs my name and she works after 4pm so you can come. Today, I went to the store and other employees were working. After explaining the issue to the crew member, they made a call to manager/owners and they said, they need to enquire and they will get back to us later. Is this serious that you don’t maintain any record for customer complaints. Definitely not worth to go to this location now.
They lost a loyal customer.
Subway management should do something about the resolution of the complaints.

Worst subway ever. Had to start screaming at the girl that I was allergic to meat before she took the chunk of meat that fell off another sub from under my sub. Then I asked her to change her gloves multiple times. She kept pushing my sub down on the meat with her dirty gloves.she took forever making her coworker (who was on break) come over and assist with the other sub. She blocked him from getting the gloves. She then was stingy with toppings. I only got about a 6inch worth of toppings on a foot long. The man was amazing. He made the other sub and loaded it. Never going back.

Terrible customer service, which I have noticed is becoming standard across the Subway franchise, I have not eaten at a Subway for a few months but I noticed that the footlong bread was a lot smaller then I remember and the meat was almost non existent, definitely not the way it used to be, not sure if this is something across the franchise or just this location. Would not recommend.
