I bought two Subway gift cards online for Christmas, one for myself and one for a healthcare worker. Usually, they come with a perk, and this year's was 6 free cookies.

I redeemed coupon #1 just fine but coupon #2 was being obstinate. They expire tomorrow. The lovely Subway employee on Leacock Dr.in Barrie honoured the coupon anyway.thank you Subway!)

We arrived at 9: 30 the sign and the website says closes at 11: 00 the Indian girl was locking up said closed?

Its a subway, its ok apart from their grill being broken all the time. Their deli meats are fresh no weird smells but their bread can be stale at times.

On Saturday night, my boyfriend and I went to get a sub at 9: 40pm. The store closed at 10pm. When we pulled up, the only worker locked the door. We then proceeded to call the store and he let us in. The worker then made a comment that he locked the door because he was closing in 5 mins. I mentioned the door says they are open until 10pm and he proceeded to tell me he closes at 9: 50pm as he only gets paid until 10pm. Disappointed and wonder how much this happens.

Absolutely a terrible food experience.
Ordered online. Picked up. It's like no one read our order. Worst tasting sub smothered in mayonnaise. Not grilled.no tomatoes.unbeleivable.
Mr. Sub has a new customer.
This is not the first time we have been dbeen disappointed with this location.

Staff is very rude. I was picking up skip orders usually every day. One of staff member is so rude to me. This is the 4th time she rude to me and disrespectful. I already complaint about her to Skip the dishes. Hopefully, owner reachout to me too.
