I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I've ordered from here for delivery and almost every time it's been wrong, so just today I went in and ordered in-person. I tried to order a "little italy", but substituting grilled chicken for rotisserie chicken. I say "tried", because the employee responded by saying that she could do that, but that if she did she'd have to "charge extra for mozzerella". When I tried to question why I'd be charged extra, she explained that it'd be for "inventory reasons". How does charging me for an item that comes on the sandwich effect inventory? I've worked at places like this before, where is the "substitute" button? On top of that, why would I have to pay EXTRA for a sandwhich that has the more expensive meat option replaced by a cheaper meat option? (the employee tried to justify the statement at the POS by showing the cost of a footlong with grilled chicken, ~$10. I asked her to show the cost of a footlong rotisserie chicken, which was ~$11).
TL: DR this place has almost never made my order right, and has now attempted to scam me for a couple extra bucks. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

I went here few weeks ago and service has taken a major beating with esp one of the newer girls at the counter who seems more interested in leaving than actually making good subs.
The owners of this place are amazing (Jigga and Bipin) but staff has got lot worse than the days of Prateek and Aman.
