Good clean location. Customer service by KRISH was beyond expectations. Dining area and Washroom was very clean. Well done!

The photo doesn’t do it’s justice enough. I asked for a steak and cheese and I was looking at the drinks while she made my sub. I then saw how little steak was on my sub and I’ve had subway many many times and I’ve never thought there was a lacking of meat. I then said I don’t feel like that’s the right amount of meat and she tried saying the heat makes it smaller which again I’ve had subway many many times and I’m not one too complain and stick up for myself. I then called after going home angry when I opened it and called. She said she’ll add extra meat I said it’s not extra meat it’s just add the meat that should be on it. I went back and they barely a scoop of meat and spread it and I left still haven’t gotten the proper portion size of meat. (The photo is from coming back home the second time and even more irritated I wasted my time to get barely any more meat) Honesty if I didn’t spend $17 for the food I would have just thrown it out after coming home the second time. Stomach feels disgusting. I would like to speak to someone about this.

Bought a sandwich. The moment my transaction was approved, the representative said "by the way our indoor seating is now closed. " I wouldn't have bought a sandwich if this was the case. Eating my sandwich standing outside in negative temperatures. Have a manager contact me please.

Ordered a Tuna fish Sub last night 1 Foot long can’t stop throwing up: (Have food poisoning vomiting and diarrhea both feel like crying. Had spinach on the sub and tuna and all the vegetables. Idk what to do hope I don’t have to go to

Worst subway site, I chose the sub sandwich Vegetables and sauce but I found every single excluded vegetable in my sandwich plus they didn't give the cookie I ordered.
Please check your order before collecting and if possible avoid this location.

3 Strikes and you’re out. Each time being cheated out of my hard earned money by this location shorting product.

On my 1st visit I’d decided to treat myself to a more premium sub, and ordered a rotisserie chicken style sandwich. The store was very busy and they were rushing to keep the line moving, so I choose to let it go when I watched as they did not fill the corporate supplied measuring scoops for the meat. They were at best 2/3rds filled. It was clear looking at the sand which that there was a pretty sparse amount of meat I’d paid a premium for.

On my second visit the same thing happened. This time I spoke up. The staffer took the time to do a demo scoop for me. Being careful to fill it just the right amount. Which was still at best 3/4 full, and more than the scoops they’d used to make my actual sand which. I told her that wasn’t full. She insisted it was. Clearly they’ve been trained this way.

Not wanting to cause more of a scene than I’d already had I just shut up.

My third time (because I’m a glutton for punishment and don’t seem to learn my lesson) I ordered a standard sliced turkey sandwich, thinking that they can’t as easily short those. I ordered it as a combo with a fountain drink and chips.

AFTER I’d paid they provided me with a small drink cup. I questioned them. They informed me at this point, after I’d paid, that they were out of medium 20oz cups so they were ringing combos through with a 16oz drink.

I suggested this was something they should tell customers BEFORE they pay. Then asked if it was less money at least.

I was assured that yes, it’s a smaller drink so it’s less money.

Checking my receipt it was in fact listed as a 16oz cup, but the same combo price as the standard 20oz.

I get that I’m complaining about 4oz of pop. But it’s the trend of this location seemingly intentionally shorting customers what they pay for.

It’s small, but it’s wrong. And it adds up when you think about how many customers they short on a daily basis.

We’re all trying to make every dollar stretch right now… you should at least be able to get what you’re paying for… and not be outright lied to your face about it.

I will NEVER come back to this location. And should report them to regulators.

Side note: they get 2 starts for service instead of 1 because while their conduct is borderline criminal… they are VERY fast. So credit where credit is due.

We had a horrible experience at the subway location on Bremner Boulevard in Toronto last evening. I should have known from the beginning and walked away. As I stood in line I watched several of the team members, peel some chicken off of an already made sub and put this chicken in the oven with sauce and other condiments and vegetables all over it. They then proceeded to heat it up and put it back on the sub. I ordered a rice bowl and got a salad. When I asked for the actual rice bowl I was told I asked for a salad, which I never have. I did get the rice bowl, which looked horrible. When I got at home I opened it and saw that they had given me mustard instead of honey mustard, and the rice was cold, I later emailed the restaurant, but unfortunately wrote the wrong subway location. When I took my food back to the subway, a couple of hours later, I was told I could only have another bowl made at this time of night. I was no longer hungry and I asked for either a refund or a gift card. I was declined both. I asked to speak to the manager who has to be one of the rudest people I have ever tried to communicate with on the phone. She said I only could have the bowl and was not allowed to have a refund. This is an absolutely ridiculous way to manage a franchise. I was seriously worried that we would have food poisoning when we opened our meals last night as the restaurant was absolutely filthy and the employees seem to not know how to properly cook the food. I am still waiting on response, but probably will never receive one as when I tried to speak with a manager she hung up on the phone on me. I have ate at many different subway locations, enjoy them all, and now I never want to eat at a Subway again as to how I was treated last night!

Should have left when I watched the server remove chicken in a subway sub and cook it with other food. My wife had a salad in a bowl with rice and instead of honey mustard the server put on mustard only realized this after we got back to our hotel room. We went back and complained as my chicken wasn’t cooked and wife’s salad had mustard. The server was polite but the manager was not. She requested to see our receipt which was never offered to us so I told her I would bring up my banking to show transaction and she wasn’t for it. Food is terrible and the manager is also unpleasant. Avoid this place and go elsewhere

Did online order for 3 subs.
2 of my chicken subs were cold (Teriyaki crunch)
They didn’t had everything bread and also habanero jack cheese which I placed in my online order.
Overall, didn’t had a good experience.

I am new in Canada. And when I entered subway for the first time i was surprised what should i pick to eat. Then this gentleman Shafee helped me a lot guided me and made me a best sandwich

Food was ok they were out of veggie patty and spinach. Asked for extra veggies as it was only veggie delite sub, but the employee jyotsana made a face and said that’s why she like the other people. No good service by her, the other girl was nice

DO NOT GO Here! Considering this location has a digital menu board, they can't seem to use it to tell their customers that half their items aren't available. No Steak, no meatballs at 2;30 in the afternoon. This place is phoning it in hard because they're by the convention center, acc and Rogers center. Avoid this place. Go to the Food court at Union station instead as they have stock. In this establishment, the word "Stock" has a totally different meeting. Only good part was the service which was mediocre at best and they were cheap on sauces. Their pop fountain is watered down 70%. It's as tasteless as buying a drink From Marineland in 1991! (If you know you know) Aka soda water with one drop of syrup. Owners have got to be the cheapest I've ever encountered and I have been to some places with ultra stingy owners but this place takes the crown. Don't even go there if you're desperate. Let your stomach grumble an additional 10 minutes and walk to the Food court at Union station. This place is so bad it should not be in business.

Ordered pick up, the bag was broken and there was no sauce in my sub, and the rice bowl we got had 0 proteins and ingredients we ordered, only some lettuce and tiny bit of rice. TERRIBLE

Wanted a meatballer sub and they didn't have meatballs at 3pm. Changed my order to steak and bacon sub they didn't have steak. Had to change my order again. Basic black forest ham. Service was slow and atmosphere was visually dirty. Would. It recommend.

Asked for meatball sub didn't have it. Then offered pizza sub but with minimal pepperoni. I left Angry for going.
