Had an amazing experience thanks to Vasu and Jai. Fast, friendly, and made my sandwich perfectly. Kudos to them for exceptional service!

Pathetic customer service. They were open for another hour and made like inconvenienced them. Almost getting into fight over if I can have a b.m. T because of how abrasive they were. I wouldn't have wasted my time with that clown at the front if my sick wife didn't need food. I think the owner needs to check these mouth pieces, they don't deserve a warning either, just fire them and start over. I usually love subway, but this is the second time this location has been problematic. MAKE IT RIGHT

Subway has become my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. From their customizable sandwiches to their wide variety of fresh ingredients, this place never fails to impress me. Whether I'm on the go or looking for a casual dining experience, Subway always delivers.

I went in the subway for first time.the guys working there are extremely friendly and helped me choose the perfect sub for myself. I went in late at the night and they helped me out a lot. I went in around 11: 30 ish. Customer service of this place is extremely good

The boys working there are were friendly and easy to talk to and communicate to. I am usually an introverted person, but i felt comfortable while talking to them.

Night guys are very fast, I go in after my shift, working in a kitchen it’s easy for me to eat here. The night shift people are very nice and polite and always make my food to my appeal! Amazing team Thankyou!

The night guy over there is pretty messed up! I went in today and a few days before, same guy and same attitude. Bad customer service. Never going there again!

Walked in with my daughter we weren’t acknowledged after 5 mins of standing there (place was empty) 2 employees. One texting. Other walked by us 3x. ISo we left. As I walked out. They laughed. Horrible

Bad service. They try to do several orders at the same time trying to multitask, so people behind you end up passing you. Because of this they also don’t pay attention to you and what you’re saying, they just say “and”, “and”, rudely rushing you, and risk getting your order wrong. I asked for more sauce, and the person ignored me and helped the person behind me when I repeated myself he poured an absurd amount of sauce out of frustration on my sub ruining the sandwhich. Do one sub at a time, so you can actually pay attention to what the customer wants!

Horrible. I was by the counter and the servers just had me waiting there for 10 minutes and kept doing their stuff.

I used to come here a lot to eat close to campus and the workers are always fast unlike the subway on campus

23/01/2023 morning 06: 07 Am (vasudev) I just purchased a veggie pati from this location and a guy which name Vasudave working in night shift and using mobile and he forgot to put peti in my sub. Why Mr.chetan allow this guy to use mobile wile work in store. What should we do right now we’re hungry at that moment and we need to throw out sub.

I can't say the food they make is very delicious because most of the time i have to compromise with the quality of it as well as after midnight as few people come here for the bathroom, They are locked at the door, even after purchasing anything or doing requests they can't open.so this is the hugde worst thing i ever have faced here.

Well we visted this place around 4 am and we were four of us. We had to wait around 45min and there was only one person working at that time. My main concern was rest room, when i asked about it she told me it is closed and I don’t understand why is that. We drove from montreal to kitchener and this is very first time i am seeing that restaurant is open but restroom is closed.
I think this problem should be rectified

I mostly not post any negative thoughts about anything but this is the first subway that i see the branch is open but the employees did'nt open the restroom for the costumers

We are here at mid night to take some subway. It was an emergency to use washroom but no one allow us to use washroom. It’s open and the employees just say that can not allow.

One of my friend told me about the rice bowls subway was serving and he explained it in such way that I had temptation to go and try it.went to subway at university in kitchener and they gave me this.lol my appetite went down seeing how they served the bowl.it seemed like someone is feeding their chicken.lol the staff really needs training at least match something in what you display. # disaappointed.
