I entered the store a girl named kiran was working and i asked her to make a veggie sub and she was not even putting veggies properly in my sub so i told her to add little more of spinach and she said as you are using $2 coupon we have recover the money so i cannot give u more veggies as u are paying less and then i told her this is not how subway works as I WORK IN SUBWAY TOO so she started arguing and omg what an arrogant girl she is. If you are not putting everything properly in a veggie sub then what the hell are you even working for? Worst customer service and terrible way of talking in attitude with the customer and guess what a guy ahead of me left the store because she was not even responding to that guy and was busy in doing her so called work. I WORK IN A SUBWAY AND I KNOW THIS IS NOT WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH CUSTOMERS. WORST DECISION TO CHOOSE SUBWAY AND I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY GO TO THIS SUBWAY EVER.

Placed an order through the app for my lunch break, when I arrive at the store the owner claims that nothing is showing up on his system. I confirmed my order went through and even showed that the money was debited from my bank account with their store number but they claim that there's nothing they can do and to call head office, after about ten minutes of back and forth he finally admits there's no phone number to call and that he can do nothing to help. Do not order from here unless you want to pay twice or have two weeks to wait for your bank to refund you the money they stole.
