This subway has only one or two kinds of bread available and can’t even afford a grilled machine. Never coming again!

I've been here several times and have never had an issue with the service or the food. I'm not looking to say one thing or another about the other negative reviews, but it just seems like there's a pretty big disparity between what kind of experience you'll get here.

This franchise needs to get its act together and enforce having workable washrooms in this restaurant. The washrooms have been ‘out of order’ for well over a year now since before the pandemic even started. The real reason is that there are a lot of vagrants in the area that mess up the washrooms. This is a sad part of our homeless problem and not an excuse- I don’t blame them I blame the store ownership and the franchise itself. It is ridiculous to drive into town and not have a place to clean your hands and go to the washroom in an established restaurant like Subway after ordering food. Perhaps I will look into if there is a bylaw for this. Please open your washroom!

Asked for extra veggies and offered to pay more but they said they couldn’t do it. Don’t recommend.

I think anybody leaving a bad review should pull the cactus out of their behinds. I’ve been to this location a handful of times on a variety of day of the week and time. Tonight in particular was truly above and beyond. It’s becoming rare to be greeted upon entering establishments. That gets you star number 1. I ordered a wrap and they immediately let me know their location does not have a grill that gets you star number 2. Thank you for your honesty before preparing my food, grilling the wrap is not going to make-or-break my meal, nor is it deserving of any criticism. Both employees were friendly without being fake and had great banter with myself and the other customers. It is also rare that employees at chain restaurants are genuinely happy. That gets you star number 3. My last 2 stars were from the end of my transaction. There was a woman who entered the store, clearly a regular. She was also treated with a smile, and an apology for not opening the door for her. She has a walker. NOW YOU TELL ME THIS SUBWAY DESERVES ANYTHING LESS THAN 5 STARS AFTER HEARING THAT. She thanked the gentleman and said “I got it this time, no need to apologize”. THIS. TIME. Read that again, “THIS time. ” Both employees were kind, friendly, funny and respectful. I went in not having the greatest day, but I was definitely smiling when I walked out. Great job!

Overall, food is good but I did have one experience that altered my opinion on this location.

I had ordered a Cold-Cut-Combo but they misheard it for a Meatball-Sub. Not sure how, considering it sounds nothing alike, but I insisted that I ordered a Cold-Cut and I've never even ordered a Meatball Sub before. They proceeded to tell me that I had to buy the Meatball Sub or leave, so I left.

Although they seem to have hired new people, this doesn't seem to be an uncommon experience with Subway for their customer-service; but that was just my one bad experience.

Food is still great, and portions are huge. Would still recommend.

Unprofessional staff and cheap people. I went there tonight and the guy there charged me extra just because he cut the sub and even he asked me extra charge just for a bag to put in the subway sandwich.

As always washroom is out of order. Girls never let u use washroom. Frustrating. Not coming here anymore.

Showed up 5 minutes to close door was locked. So I pointed to the sign and the guy came out. He said buddy I don’t run by the time on the sign I run on my own time. What’s the point of store hours and a sign then? Just curious… also rude response from the employee. Don’t recommend at all.
