Staff were friendly, but definitely took a lot longer to get my sub than usual. Been here twice now and both times felt slow. Only one other customer in the store once and the other time, it was just me. I'm a pretty patient person but thought management might want a heads up.

Salad was less than 50% full
Kids sub was swimming in mayo. Like 1/2 cup of it everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.

I don't know what's wrong with this Subway we've had a bad experience every single time, be it bad management or incompetent staff left unchecked. Either way, choose another one.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Ordered and paid online for 3 separate sandwiches for the dinner in 3 separate orders on December 11th, 2022. When arrived, met owner Mateen who claimed he only received one order. I showed him the proof of the email confirmation received from Subway that I paid three orders but he insisted it didn't matter and he didn't care. As long as he didn't receive the order in his machine, he was not given me anything. This scared me. Three people were waiting for the dinner and I couldn't get what I paid for. I started arguing where my money went and he became impatient and ordered me to leave. He showed no sympathy and offered no help but just yelling to ask me, a hungry frequent customer to leave! I am totally shocked by the business attitude as such! I ended up left and contacted Subway headquarter. Got an email the 2nd day to go to the same store for a refund. They refunded me and admitted they finally received the payment last night. What a mess! Will never come to this place any more.

Ordered 2 of the steak and avocado rice bowls. When we got home the bowls were barely half full and no avocado at all! I won't be returning.

Terrible. I went here on my lunch break & ordered the steak & avocado wrap. Firstly the steak was not even a full scoop, coming from someone who used to work at Subway I even found it to be very stingy when it comes to filling any sub/wrap. I had paid for the wrap & then noticed there was no avocado which is partly why I got the wrap in the first place. After bringing this up to the employees they kept talking amongst themselves about how nobody told anybody to put the avocado in. They kept trying to tell me that they charged me only for the steak yet there is no option for just steak as a wrap & I specifically read out “Southwest Steak & Avocado Wrap” when I had ordered. After them bickering amongst themselves I finally received the avocado.

Personally, when it comes to Customer Service especially at a restaurant if there is a misunderstanding amongst the staff it should not be the customer’s issue.

One star is way too much for this stingy location. The owner is very sneaky and stingy. He doesn't want to put any topping but seems like he wants to sell just the bread in the name of SUBWAY. A scoop of steak and chicken is actually less than a quarter scoop here. He gave signal to his staff to serve less toppings for me in his arabic language. I did not feel comfortable at this location and the owner and his staff seemed cunning and were not friendly at all.please stay away from this location. I bet you, you will ruin your day if you crave for SUBWAY at this location.
