Very rude customer service nobody in the store and they were rushing me out.
Not a good experience. Very dirty washrooms as well.

I visited the store today from Montreal, loved the service and quality of food. Kamalpreet attended me offered great customer service and the footlong I ordered was well prepared and delicious. Overall a great experience.

Probably the cleanest Subway in Ottawa and with the freshest bread and toppings. The owners/operators of this franchise are also the friendliest people. Probably better managed than any other Subway in Ottawa.

I am a very frequent goer to Subway on Hawthorn Road. It it not only the great food they prepare and serve, it is also the wonderful way customers are greeted and treated. Everyone is greeted with a wonderful hello and a great smile. The orders are prepared as requested in a very professional and fast manner. All the staff members are always neat and clean and ready. The food preparation counter is always tidy and clean, same with the eating area.
The only thing they lack is a larger parking specially during busy hours.

I ask for a drink with out caffeine they told me they had juice in the fountain drink. Nothing in machine was caffeine free and didn't offer a refund the drink

Been here multiple times and hasn’t disappointed me. Always fresh bread and friendly service

When I got here, the parking lot was completely full. I had to wait for someone to leave to have a spot. When I went into the store there were 2 customers in front of me. Obviously, it is the garages next door consuming all the parking and leaving no room for us. I just want a sandwich, not to fight over parking or wait a long time to park. Also, these other cars are there to get fixed so they're not moving anytime soon so I'd be waiting for an extended period of time!

Horrible customer service. I went there to get a sandwich, there were 3 subway representatives busy with their phones. From the moment I entered the store till 5-6 minutes, they all were busy with their cell phones and talking to each other totally ignoring client on the window. Finally when they realized client is there, they started making my sandwich, They didn’t even care to ask which bread I wanted and just assumed and started making sandwich. From the beginning to the end of my order, horrible experience. Please go to another subway location, if you are a subway lover, because this location pure disappointment.

Amazing. Each and every time. I never write reviews and this one was worth it. I’ve always lived in Ottawa and surrounding areas and have eaten subway my whole life and I have to say that this location has no competition. Fresh, well built subs… every time great job!

Have all Subway restaurants got stingy or just this location. I ordered a foot long, hardly any lettuce and the person actually counted out 4 pieces of green pepper and 4 pieces of onion. Seriously! When I questioned she said that was all she was allowed to put on. Since when. Used to be you could hardly get your mouth around their sandwich for all the fillings. Now they’re counting how many pieces to give you. What a disgrace. It will be other sandwich places for me from now on, they might cost a little more but they’re not stingy and they certainly don’t count out their fillings. I really want to complain to corporate office but can’t find where to do that so if anyone knows I’d appreciate it. I ordered a green goddess veggie sandwich, and the person used a butter knife to put avacado smash on my sandwich, I am not sure if that’s all location has been doing like that, I have eaten in other subway restaurants too, they have a scoop like thing to put avacado. So is this location saving on how much avacado they are putting on sandwich? Total bad experience

Great service. They gave me extra salade. I was busy on call so my sandwich got cold and they warmed it again. Fabulous serving time as they prepard my order in a blink of time. I wish i had same staff and service in my neighborhood subway.

Not friendly, no smiles not even basic customer service. Cheap on ingredients, you have to ask them to add the proper amount of meat, veggies and cheese that a basic sandwich is supposed to have. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. I hope Subway corporate reads these reviews, because this is probably the worst location in Ottawa.

Don't be fooled this subway may seem like it gives good deals but. Today I visited at 5: 45pm specifically for their $24 for ANY subs, only to find out that only the cheapest (I.e. Cold cut, tuna, meatball, pizza etc.) were available for the deal. Walked out and went to the A&W down the road!
